We loved the property, it was so comfortable, more than home even. It has an amazing view over Tbilisi and just next to it is a beautiful viewpoint. Was really nice meeting Dato and his dog Zoey & he helped us with transport on to Oni which was really helpful. The house is in an amazing area, Betlemi in the old town but feels local and away from the more touristic spots, there’s even a Zoroastrian fire temple next door you can visit. When we come back to Tbilisi we’ll try to book here again.

Very cosy place that has all you need with an incredibly lovely host showing genuine Georgian hospitality, always ready to help and give best advice. The terrace you have access to opens a mind-blowing view of whole Tbilisi from the heart of cosy Old Town, which is just wonderful to spend your evenings and mornings at. The location is just great, 5 minutes to the centre of Old Town and to sulfur baths you might want to explore, at the same time keeping quiet, tranquil and warm atmosphere around the place itself.

Perfect place if you want to experience real living - with all of its pros and cons - in Kala, the old part of Tbilisi. Situated uphill, just beneath the Mother of Georgia, it offers majestic views both day and night, ancient landmarks nearby, a sense of the daily life of the house and district dwellers (absolutely not intrusive), city buzz in the distance and chirping birds, well-equipped and cozy apartment, friendly cats and super cute Zoey – you'll get to know her for sure :) The host Dato, as well as his mother, were super friendly. Personally, I feel that I've left an even bigger part of my heart in Georgia only by talking to Dato a few times. If you stand for real justice, you will appreciate it. This was a big part of a wholesome experience.

We had an issue with the bathroom drainage, but Dato got a plumber straight away to sort it out immediately. It was just one of those things.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It’s well equipped and comfortable and the host Dato is super-responsive. Wi-Fi was decent.

I really enjoyed staying 2 weeks in the cosy apartment. It was so pleasant to be part of the friendly community in the pretty courtyard. The view over Tbilisi is incredible and this quiet place is perfect to chill out with Davit. You are in the middle of the Old City and you still have full privacy. Regarding the apartment as itself: everything matched with my expectations. Spotlessly clean! The kitchen and the bathroom are well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, you have a fantastic view of Sameba! In short, I felt immediately like at home. I highly recommend to stay at ZOEY’s. Be kind with Davit, he is such a brilliant creative helpful host and he loves sharing with you all the information you need about Tbilisi.

Shower could have been a little cleaner but not a problem. It's up a steep hill so you need transport if you have a lot of luggage but the view makes up for that.

I am 1.65m height, and some shelves was a bit to high for me), but it is not a problem

We (my husband and I, and our cat) stay here for a few days. Great Location. Hiden in the old upper Betlemi region, quite qurious to get by car, but so close to greate view from top of the hill right beneath Mother of Georgia and Narnikala fortress. A lot of Space. The place is lovely, very suitable for workation (work and travel). It has two almost separate rooms - a bedroom with big bed and spacious wardrobe; a living room with a compact kitchen. So we was free to work or to have a nap, and it was convenient for both. We even had a small party (5 people) and it feels fine. Nice Temperature. The walls is made of bricks so it is chill inside while outside is +30C, we even don't use air-conditioning. Comfortable with Pets. Out cat loves this place cause it has my place to hide and have a nap. I love it because every window has a net and I could keep them open and don't care that my beloved one would be lost somewhere in Tbilisi)) Tasty Water. It has a tasty drinkable water from tap) Also boiler works just fine and you have shower without any problems. Wonderful Host. Dato is amazing person, very friendly and easygoing. He helped us with suite cases, and gave a few very valuable suggestions where to go shopping. Also he loves animals and made a lot of houses for homeless dogs and cats in Tbilisi across the city I have seen some of them while I was walking in old part of the city. I definitely recommend to stay at his place.

Dato was the perfect host. He made us feel very welcome and helped us with good recommendations in Tbilisi and the rest of Georgia. The appartment itself is really nice, it had everything you need. You have a nice view from the appartment and the location is very good (walking distance from the old city center).

Everything,the owner is very kind and apartment comfortable and In a very good position. I really recommend. The bed is comfortable, there is the kitchen and also a washing machine. Also the outside area has an amazing view and the place is really quite and enjoyable.

The owner is an amazing person , he helped us a lot with every problem, like exchanging money, baggage etc. He is the stereotypical Georgian hospitable person, so if you have any problem tell him, he is all the time in touch! The house is clean , new and comfy, I never write Comments, but this time i couldn't resist,he deserves 10 for real!

The view was great. The host Dato was very helpful and nice. He offered us his advice by searching of tours and gave us a lot of good tipps by visiting of the city. The appartment had everything what we needed and was very nicely decorated. Dato has a charming dog Zoey.

Perfect location with a view of the city, next to a beautiful old church, the buildings surrounding are ornate and beautiful. The apartment is newly and tastefully renovated, very comfortable, everything was perfect.

The communication was not good. We were told one place for the location for taxi drop off and another for the apartment address which on Google maps is 200 meters down a hill. So we walked downstairs with all our luggage only to have to walk up again. Also the owner only informed us as we were leaving that payment was in cash only. I had to get extra cash and send by the Georgian payment system later. “Cash only” is not listed on the booking reservation anywhere, and booking customer service would not comment on the issue.

The place is nice, clean and comfortable. It is located uphill for the one of the main areas. There are nice views nearby.
