Our stay at Oikies Skiathos was amazing. The property was beautiful and just like we hoped. Was a very greek style/vibe property. The property got cleaned every 2 days. George and Katerina were great hosts! Katerina was away but george looked after us so well! We felt so comfortable and welcome. George even picked us up from the port and dropped us off at the airport when it was time to go home. He was so kind, messaged us to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. When we got there he told us the best parts to go on the island and where the best restaurants were. I’f we wanted a opinion on a place we were going, we could message him and he would let us know what he thinks. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We will never forget this holiday due to the amazing customer service but George. Will definitely be back again! We loved it so much!

At the risk of repeating other reviewers, katerina and George were the perfect hosts.They could not do enough to ensure a perfect vacation.The property was in an ideal central position , up a few steps but nothing too strenuous.A perfect weeks break.

I wish we had stayed there for longer!

A beautiful house with fantastic views, great facilities and a brilliant outside space. Katerina and Giorgos were excellent hosts, super friendly and made us feel very welcome with lots of little extras. They live next door, which was really handy if we were stuck for anything, as Katerina would pop over with whatever we needed if we messaged her. The house is just a five minute walk up from the waterfront and the view from the balcony is terrific! It's the sort of place you want to permanently live in!

Stunning and cozy apt with a beatiful sea view from the balcony. Exactly as on the pictures. Close to everything, airport, downtown, bus stop, grocery store. Great hosts, thank you George. Would love to come back some day….

It was the most beautiful place with the most kind owners I’ve ever seen. The apartment is beautiful with nice sea view and amazing terrace and I never met better and more kind owners than here. If I could do higher rating than 10 I will.

Can’t say I didn’t like the stairs and the fact the apartment is on the hill but means it’s quite a walk up but it also means it’s quiet. We are in our mid 60’s fairly fit and managed but if you have any mobility issues or poor health this may be a challenge.

It gorgeous little apartment to totally relax in. Fantastic views and totally quiet. Katerina and George were the nicest hosts imaginable. If I could give a score of 11 I would!

The way is very steep, so i guess the accomodation isnt for people in bad shape.

Absolutely stunning apartment in Skiathos. Clean, stylish, spacious with the most amazing view and the nicest host. George went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic, picking us up from the airport and even dropping us to our next accommodation on Skiathos, and giving us great recommendations. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was just as described, it was a cosy space, comfortable bed, quiet, great views and really close to the shops and restaurants, old port, new port etc. Katerina and George went above and beyond to make our stay great - picking us up from and dropping us at the airport, giving local recommendations and the accommodation was kept clean for our stay. The balcony was lovely for morning coffees and relaxing late afternoons after our day's activities. Would happily stay again!

What a great host, and a beautiful clean facility. Wonderful three days. It is on top of a hill, be prepared for some steps - we are hikers and loved the walk up and down. Great views from porch!

Absolutely nothing.

The hosts were overwhelmingly warm and kind and super helpful. They helped us with everything we needed. Also the apartment was very beautiful and clean and had an amazing view. We were in the middle of the city with bars and restaurants nearby. Can only recommand it to everybody.

stunning apartments in the centre of Skiathos Town, halfway up the steps to the Windmill. but also soundproof so no worries about any noise. brilliant location with a great view over the port. clean and very modern rooms with lots of unique character . the family owners katerina and George are very special people who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need , even lifts to and from the airport and advice on the island and restaurants , they could not do enough for us , easy to contact if needed . would recommend to my own family and friends and we will return one day

A wonderful place which was very conveniently furnished and extraordinarily quiet. Gegorgios was a very helpful and nice host in everything we had on our hearts - a place to return with no if and whens.

The hosts were fabulous, kind and really helpful. The property is lovely with a great courtyard area to chill out in to breakfast and dine, and to also relax there to read etc. Immaculately clean and good facilities. Would love to go again.

This is NOT a property for anyone with mobility issues. It's in a no-car, steeply hilly area and there are about thirty uneven stairs up to the house. Inside the house, there are two tall steps to get from the bedroom to the kitchen. This property is only for the young and/or fit.

The kind owner could not do enough to be helpful - he picked me up from the airport, was available any time I needed anything, etc. He was an absolute joy to work with. Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. Quiet and lovely neighborhood a 7-10 minute walk to town. Gorgeous balcony view! Clean and carefully appointed and decorated.

Everything ! the hosts are amazing (Katerina et George) the house is Lovely, clean (they clean it every two days) and well equiped. great terrace. Nice view as well and 5 min from the port. supermarkets are close too. george drove us from/ the airport and the supermarket : and was Very Kind with us and our little daughter. we felt like home and george’s neighbours ☺️. amazing stay where we would definitely come back of we had the chance.

But the best part about Oikies were George & Katerina (the hosts) they were SO helpful and informative, they gave us great recommendations and checked in with us regularly - they couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy and enjoying our stay - thank you both! Excellent host met us at the port and carried our suitcase up to the apartment. Good location close to town but quiet. Very tastefully decorated with excellent facilities.
