The only draw back is access to the apartment is via stairs (quite steep) there is no elevator, so it you have heavy luggage it can be a little difficult. If you are young & fit you won't have a problem.

The location is the winner for this property, it is 'smack bang' in the middle of the port & you just have to walk down the stairs and everything is there - restaurants, shops, mini marts, alcohol sales, bakery, ferries.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Overlooking the bustling port of Hydra there is always something to watch sitting on the balcony. Easy walking distance to everything you need, with many great tavernas and bars in the town (recommendations were excellent!), the best swimming spot we have found in Greece (the rocks in front of the sea wall to the left of the town), and one of the best bakeries right behind the apartment. The home is clean, airy, and very tastefully furnished, with great amenities. Eleni and Aga were both so kind, responsive, and helpful and made our stay very easy and enjoyable. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again!

There was some moisture in the apartment causing a musty, dump smell. Opening the windows for a few minutes worked just fine.

Location was perfect, the balcony was obviously the main element with beautiful views across Hydra! The apartment itself was nice and comfortable. Host provided a bottle of wine to enjoy on our first night which was a lovely touch!

None. It was as described in the listing - there's nothing that we expected that wasn't there. Because we needed to house 4 persons, the living room was converted to a second bedroom for us, so we did wish for more sitting space/ table top space.

Great location. It is right at the port, so it was extremely convenient. Easy to get to with our luggage. There is nice bakery just downstairs, and we love the little balcony that had lovely view of the port. Host met us at the port when our ferry arrived, so checking in was extremely smooth and pleasant.

The appartement is on the perfect spot in the lively harbour. We could sit at our terrace and look all day at the watertaxi’s and sailing boats coming in and out and fishermen selling their catch of the day.

We were greeted by Aga who ensured a warm welcome and really looked after us. This apartment is an absolute gem. Fabulous balcony where you can sit all day watching the world go by. Really comfortable and everything you could possibly need. The welcome bottle of wine to enjoy on the balcony was really special. Thank you so much and we will be back.

Amazing accommodation! I stayed in Serenity Apartment for 2 nights with my family (overall 4 people). The location is unbeatable, literally 2 minutes from the port, The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and with amazing view of the port and the city of Hydra. Aga was also very welcoming and was waiting for us on the port, to help us with the luggage and give us the keys of the apartment. I would definitely stay there again!

the smell from the bathroom was horrible in the morning. staff came and put more smelly chemicals down the drain but didn’t help. also the bed is very uncomfortable, it has two mattress toppers on it which makes it very saggy. we ended up sleeping on the sofa.

The apartment it self was extremly small. The bedroom was ok, the bathroom and kitchen were not very functional and are very dated. This is a 2 star apartment. It was big enough for one person. Also, I had a problem trying to get into my room and texted the lady in charge of the apartment. She did not respond, I had to contact the owner. Then I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes. English was a problem with both people. I didn't like that there was not someone there to immediately help me. Also, they don't help you with anything to do on the island. Basically you get the key and they want you to be gone and you are on your own. For me, traveling alone, this doesn't work too well.

This is a 5 star view in the perfect location on the island.
