Host, Seaview, Pool, Air-Condition, Garden Best was the personal contact with Mr Costas. Such a lovely host, who looked after us in a discreet but so generous way (we received a welcome starter food and beverage incl self-made cake plus during the week two fresh melons! My kids loved him!)

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful sea front villa. The host is incredibly friendly and caring. Nothing is missing in the house, perfect equipment for a family of 5 people. The interior is very modern and the surrounding/garden with pool is just amazing. We can recommend this House absolutely 10/10

Everything was great!

The villa was amazing - and the owners are the sweetest and most helpful! On the day of our arrival everything was closed due to Easter - so Costas has left us everything from food to drinks, so we would be all set. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Wifi was sometimes lagging a little bit, but we used our own phone network anyway most of the time. I think it was fixed during our stay, so problem solved. Two weeks is too short - I wanted to stay two months ;-)

We loved everything. This is the second time we visited RITA MARE villas and we will come back! Inside: Comfortable beds, well equipped and functional kitchen, aircon that actully works and is silent, two bathrooms in perfect condition, tv, sofa and very nice sitting area, three balconies with chairs and table. Everything was clean and kept in good condition. Both washing machine and dish washer worked without problems. Outside: Wonderful pool that is big enough for swimming, the floor by the pool is of a good material and does not get slippery when wet. Lovely garden (a watermelon was growing in admist the flowers!). On the patio there is a dining table so it is easy to eat Gennadi is a perfect greek vacation place. It has all, a nice village, fantastic beach, real food restaurants. Silence and tranquility when you live in RITA MARE. There is a beach bar just north of the villa (Sposa del Sol), free beach beds and umbrellas for their customers - best drinks ever! Klimis, Mama, Zorbas restaurants are fantastic! The owner is really, really nice. We had water, coffee, wine, soft drinks etc already waiting for us when we arrived. thank you for everthing!

The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with a warm atmosphere. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, offering a serene snapshot of the surrounding landscape. Every detail, from the softness of the bed linens to the ambient lighting, was carefully considered to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. Internet was sometimes slow.

Everything was just perfect! The place is amazing insideout. Very close to the beautiful beach. The vila has everything we need. It super clean and roomy. Very clean swimming pool right in front.

Really nice rental house. When we arrived I was a bit under the weather and the host was contacting me the next day if I needed medicine or a doctor! Really make you feel welcome and throughout our stay we had contact. Will definitely go back to Rhodos and this villa!

There is nothing

Everything was perfect. The villa is just as good as the pictures show. Wifi, aircon, washing machine, dish washer are all in perfect condition. Easy to make food in the kitchen since it is fully equipped. The pool is a perfect size and there were even pool towels. Everything was clean and new. 3 big TVs - netflix app available. We had three balconies and one terrass table to chose from for our meals. There are shops and many really good restaurants near - but it is good idea to rent a car. The beach is really near and just north of the villa on the beach there was a lovely beach bar/restaurant with free beach beds/sofas for the customers. The other beach restaurants were also fantastic and we also ate at four of the restaurants in Gennadi. All of them were very good and really affordable. This was probably the best place we have stayed at in Greece. The owner Kostas was really nice and helpful - Thank you for making our vacation a succes.

The villas are perfect for a family, very tidy and clean. Costa made sure we had everything we need (including a wonderful welcome basket) and was always willing to help. The location of the villas is right next to Gennadi beach- a beautiful and quiet beach which is perfect for bathing and watching the sunset. The village is a 10 minutes walk away and has very good restaurants.

Fantastic reception from Costas on arrival . A lovely welcome basket of food / drink the majority being local produce ! Very clean and cool in the apartment most welcome after a car drive . Villa is ideal for us as a couple for a week's escape from England - would love to visit again .

Leaving!

A quiet location very close to the sea but within easy walk of Gennadi village. Lovely private pool and gardens. Property is equipped to a high standard. Large SMART TV and Aircon in bedrooms and lounge. It was helpful to already have basics such as coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and water. Especially liked the beer, melon and Nutella as a welcome gift. A nice touch. Friendly hosts, with excellent communication and happy to answer any questions.

Excellent location 1 minute walk from the beach. The villa is very spacious, clean and has everything you need. The owner Costas is very friendly, we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine and a big watermelon when we entered the property. Very quiet location, just excellent for having a relaxing holiday!

Not really anything bad to say, but if I really have to suggest improvements, then doors to the showers would be nice, to avoid so much mopping up after a shower. We stayed in the first villa in the row of four, and it would have been nice to have a little more privacy in the garden/pool if the side wall continued to the back of the garden.

Lovely villa, very clean, close to the sea with own pool. Costas was very friendly and helpful. Great facilities: used the outdoor barbecue one evening and the kitchen another evening. Dishwasher and washing machine available for use, including detergent. Had great meals at Zorba’s and Antonis. Air conditioning in bedrooms was a bonus during the warm nights. Very quiet location, no disturbances.

Everythings was OK

The location gives you absolute peace and quiet. Perfect for a family stay with children. The host Costas is special, welcoming us and preparing a small welcome gift - fruit, wine, coffee - so that we felt at home.

The town of Gennadi isn't particularly big and has got any sights. Worth seeing. For us this was ok, but a Car is certainly recommended.

Nothing, everything was great!

We stayed here for one week with two kids of 10 and 3. I wish we would have been able to stay longer, it was so relaxing, quiet, the pool was very beautiful (pool towels were supplied as well) and the grounds with all the fruit trees and veggie garden where we could pick the fresh produce was much appreciated. Mr. Costas is really a kind and wonderful host and really went out of his way to make our stay perfect. We also appreciated the fresh drinks in the fridge when we arrived, and the gifts of Rhodian wine and honey, the variety of TV channels for the kids, and the very comfortable beds and aircon in all the rooms. The beach is very close by and even though it was really windy during our stay, there was very little people and it felt almost like a private beach. The water is very beautiful and clean (but cold) and better to have shoes for the little rocks, (especially for kids.) It was also too windy for a beach umbrella so with small kids you have to go early or late in the day. But thankfully they really enjoyed the pool during those hours. We will sure to be coming back here again, it was for sure the best place we've stayed in Rhodes so far. A big thank you to Mr. Costas for his professionalism and kindness.
