The worst thing is the very creaky bed (room in the 3rd floor). There were problems with internet connection (restarting the router helped). Apartment in 3rd floor is not suitable for tall people, it was no problem for us, but just for information, that higher people should have problem for example in shower. :-)

Really great location for exploring the town center and not so far to beaches. A very friendly host who will provide a lot of useful information (restaurants, free parking). The apartment is small but quite well furnished. Cleanliness is fine. Good value for money out of season (season price is crazy).

Shower is WAAAAY too small and there is no shelf for soap, and too tight to lean down. They need to put some holder for soap and shampoo. Also the bed should be moved as the cieling is low where the bed is and you bump your head getting up. If it was on the other wall, this would not be a problem. But these are minor issues. The place is wonderful. Highly recommend it.

It was absolutely PERFECT! the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with everything a walking distance (including a fantastic pastry shop on the ground floor of the same house)! The host, Leo, was extremely kind, friendly and helpful with everything. The apartment itself was tastefully furnished, very comfortable, super clean and well equipped - it had absolutely everything the guests need. We enjoyed our 4-day stay to the maximum! I fully recommend the Old Town Apartments to everyone, for a guaranteed satisfaction :)))

We enjoyed our time in Rovinj very much. The location of the apartment is perfect to reach everything on foot. Leo was a very pleasant host who was always available. We will be happy to come back again!

The internet connection on our floor was not super good.

The host was very helpful and nice. He even gave us free pastries from his bakery. We tried his restaurant recommendations and it was all amazing! The location is perfect. It is nearby the bus station , grocery shops and restaurants.

Owner is really kind and open to suggest anything you are interested in. The pastry shop at the ground floor is also nice and traditional cakes are so delicious. Apartment is nice looking and cozy! We are happy to come again!

Fantastic communication & assistance from Leo which we really appreciated. Tips for car parking & restaurants were excellent. The apartment is excellent - clean, comfortable, cool, cosy & fantastic location to walk everywhere. Loved the ability to open the windows for fresh air. Gratefully appreciated the coffee machine & delicious pastries.

unexpectedly pleasant and wonderful accommodation experience (my first time living in a apartment) in a charming and beautiful old town. Better than some 3 to 4 star hotels in Zagreb

excellent location - 2 minute walk from Rovinj bus station, close to scenic spots, beach, supermarket, etc cozy and well equipped property - newly furnished and very clean, with air-conditioning and satellite TV, bed comfortable very nice and approachable host - always responsive and very facilitating, so kind to allow both early check-in and late check-out with no additional charge. Could be reached easily either by WhatsApp or on-site as the pastry shop below the apartments is run by the host small surprise - delicious welcome pastry

The kitchen stove was difficult to operate. It was hard to determine the heating levels.

The owner was extremely nice! The apartment is above the owners bakery. Upon checking he gave us a plateful of baked goods! Every morning we could smell the bakery below😁

The location was excellent. It was in the old town but close enough to the outside that it was easy to locate and bring in our luggage. The apartment had everything we needed and the owner was easy to communicate with.

It was awesome! The room has everything we needed for a 6-night stay. Located in the city centre, close to the sea and main sights, with a wonderful bakery downstairs. They are pet-friendly, and charged 5€ per night for a cat which is quite fair. The host helped us to find the closest free parking and all in all was very helpful and friendly. The welcome and farewell sweets were delicious. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here once again!

The third floor apartment was really comfortable and beautiful. We especially liked the french balcony and loved having the bakery downstairs. The staff was really helpful and nice to us during our stay!
