Basic place very comfortably located next to the highway. Did not test the SPA part. Very good breakfast. Rooms are basic but OK. Backyard parking available, perfect for bikers as a stop.

We came back again for a stay over night and to relax from long trip this year. Great place for family with kids. There is a Taverna, so you can have a dinner and drink. The grocery shop is 5 minutes by walk. There is a nice garden with trampoline, swimming pool - plenty of possibilities how to entertain your children. Friendly staff, great homemade breakfast, we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Room poorly maintained - wall cabinets falling down, no shower handle holder, “paper walls/doors”. I would date the room to 1990s. I didn’t stay in the main building, but in the other one across the street. Maybe rooms in the main building are more fresh. Breakfast was included, kind of limited buffet (compared with other hotels). When you come a little bit late (8:30) , some things are no longer available - for instance no more scrambled eggs.

Without a doubt in the evenings the restaurant requires music. I would love to hear traditional Hungarian folk songs and gypsy music to create a typical Hungarian atmosphere. Maybe live violin gypsy music once a week would be really entertaining - all to make the experience at Helena unforgettable. Nothing better than Hungarian food and Hungarian Music to help with the digestion.

Something was wrong with the wash basin in our room—there was no cold water running, so we had to buy water for drinking. But I believe the hotel staff will fix it soon :D.

The locality is great. It is a very quiet town. The grocery shop is 5 minutes by walk. The town Levél is near the Mosonmagyaróvár and Lipót, so it is great for families with children. However, Helena Hotel is well equipped with a small Wellness and spa. It was big enough if you want just relax, and it was quite empty up to 3 p.m. during our stay because most of the guests left the hotel in the morning and were back in the evening. The outdoor pool is five meters in diameter and is intended for relaxing rather than swimming practice. We stayed in a family room with four beds. It was big enough, with new furniture, a balcony, and a nice, clean bathroom. The room was equipped with air conditioning, which was very quiet so that it was possible to sleep when it was on. The breakfast was a rich buffet with a wide selection, very tasty. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that serves great food! I can recommend the hotel either for a short or longer stay!

The location doesn't look as we've expected. The photos on the booking.com are most probably professional and done long time ago and they are far from the current reality. The food was extremely expensive compared with restaurants near by.

The breakfast is really poor, the food is of low quality, but you can't expect much from a motel.

Rooms are very small, but quiet and clean. The spa area is a great benefit, that helps after a long day on the road.

Perfect one night hotel for your roadtrip. It has a sauna and jacuzzy in a small spa in the yard, also quite big swimming pool in the yard. Perfect for family and especially kids. There is a restaurant and a bar in the same hotel area, so you can have dinner and local beer in the evening.
