Water was not very warm in the shower.

We got in late and let them know we woild be late. They made accomodations for us. Its a beautiful property. Made me wish I had stayed there for my whole trip to Italy.

I personally always dislike when there is too much room-spray in the rooms. It took a long time to get this out.

Google Maps sent us to the wrong property!! The one you need is up a steep gravel driveway.

This place has an amazing greenish panorama landscape view even though it is mid June. It was close to hotspring so it was convenient to go when not crowded (early morning or late eve) whenever i want. & the pool and sunbeds ❤❤❤❤❤❤

The owner/ staff very nice, caring, and considerate. The owner speaks Italian, I used the translate app on my phone to communicate with the owner; she is very responsive and nice. They do have English speaking staff as well. Overall, good place, excellent, and kind people.

I can not think of anything, pleasant short stay , nice staff , pretty place. it was far from everything other than Saturina baths. It is out in the country and driving is not so easy.

Gorgeous location in Tuscany country side, Hard to get to specially at night driving on dirt rood. It is very close to Saturina mineral baths that is why I chose this place to begin with.

It wasn't clear from the listing nor booking confirmation that the restaurant is offsite, more than a (few?) kilometre(s) away. We arrived at 7pm (because the roads to the Residence are absolutely awful - amongst the worst I've driven on), to find the reception area basically in darkness. We had to unpack and head back out on the roads in pitch darkness to get something to eat, and then drive back, so no drinks with dinner. The driveway to the residence is a steep dust track and where it meets the road is really bad surface. On a motorcycle with passenger and luggage, it's treacherous in the dark. There was one single plug point in our room, behind the television. It had a multi plug adaptor on it, but it wouldn't fit more than one foreign plug adaptor in it.

The pool area is fabulous, as are the views. The food in the offsite restaurant is good and good value. There is great peace at the Residence. Breakfast was adequate and therefore good value. Staff were nice. Wifi was good, considering the location. The Therme & Mill Springs are close by. Definitely worth going to the Mill Springs for dawn, when there are few people. Later in the day it is so crowded as to negate any joy in going.

The staff was very friendly. Two dogs on the property greeted us made us happy and are very well behaved Breakfast was generous and tasty. The pool immaculately clean The property has a true tuscan feel. The rooms were clean Overall we loved the stay and our children appreciated the freedom of outdoors surrounding the property.
