Bathroom (hardly any place to put personal stuff in the bathroom, no shelf, but it was clean) Had to ask staff for the remote for the air condition (no direct access possible, but it also worked as heating)

Everything was wonderful! The communication with the hotel was exceptional! They helped me prepare a surprise for my boyfriend, and everything turned out perfectly. The room was cleaned every day, and the temperature was just right. Very convenient for public transportation (bus and metro). I highly recommend it!

No water kettle plug at the desk. I had to move it to the night stand.

Clean and quiet. Plenty of hot water in sink and shower with great water pressure. Nice soap dispensers at sink and shower. Hot radiator in the bathroom. Water kettle and coffee packets and some biscuits were a very nice touch. Easy to use plugs for charging cell phone near bed. Staff is always friendly and included metro map and handout for sightseeing even though I didn't need it. Close enough to Loreto metro.

The shower head was dirty so water shot out in all directions. Use able but could have been clean.

Water kettle in the room with coffee packets and sugar. Considering our room faced the main road it was nice and quiet with the door to the balcony closed. After checkout the lockers for luggage storage were very nice and secure. Excellent location close to the metro.

I really enjoyed this hotel — the location, the cleanliness, and the staff. In particular, the lady at the reception during my check-in was very kind and helpful. She explained everything about the city, transportation, and restaurants.....I definitely plan to come back.

Good location, surrounded by famous Chinese restaurants and gelato. Very clean. The air conditioner works well and we also have an electric fan. Friendly staff and luggage dropping off service.

The room's furnishings are spare and simple, which I like, but may not be for everyone.

Simple clean rooms with garden in back of building. All of the staff were wonderful! Very friendly and provided good suggestions on what to do in Milan. I would never have found the Navigli neighborhood without them. They made me an espresso each morning. Rooms cleaned every day. Air conditioning worked very well!

Weird smell in the bathroom, there was some mold on the ceiling.

Had an air conditioner, so it was good to stay while it was hot outside. Clean room, had a balcony. Had a chance to pay for late check out which was great, because our flight had been delayed. Quite near the metro, easy transfer to city center, a lot of shops around there (lidl is not far). Has an elevator as well.

The curtains did not close all the way, so it was bright and noisy during the night because of the street lights and cars. But I had my sleep mask and earplugs, so this did not bother me.

The rooms felt like quite old and needed some refurbishment. Same as the balcony.

Pleasantly close to the metro station which is very helpful because the metro takes you everywhere fast. The staff was helpful and nice. I suppose the owners, like the staff, are Asians, since that is the Asian neighborhood.

No shelf to put shampoo qnd other stuff in bathroom, no mini fridge and no safe to store valuables in rooms. Location was good but everything pretty much was closed by 10:30pm if you needed to eat or have any snack nearby. Also, they let checkin early which was really appreciated.

The staff - Girl (I think Maria was her name) at the reception were wonderful. Also, AC in the room was great. You had to carry all your luggages over the stairs, my mother in law arrived first at the hotel and she had to carry her luggages upstairs to the reception without any help.
