The actual location and the staff was great. And the buffet breakfast was excellent !

Coffeemachines was poor in breakfast. However, when asked, they made decent italian coffees.

Room was so small it felt very cramped. Wouldn’t say much longer than a few nights as you don’t really have space to chill.

ROOM was a normal hotel room, a bed, some storage and bathroom. Staff was nice and helpfull overall. Was ok for the price, breakfast was normal hotel breakfast( bred, croiassant,eggs and bacon etc etc ) , would recommend to go early since after a bit they stop restocking some stuff.

Room view was not very nice, view was to a parking lot and they show you photos of the ocean room views.

Great location; not seafront but very close to the beach. Friendly staff; comfortable rooms; beautiful views from the pool area. Reasonable rates.

Great staff - Claudia, Laura and Elizabeth. Everyone so helpful and really hormy feeling hotel. Location is really convenient, close to everything. I went to swimming and run to Isla Bella almost everyday. They also packed a cute breakfasy bag for me on my departure. Such a lovely cute hotel.

The staff were amazing! They were helpful and friendly. The pool was outstanding and just what was needed after local exploring. Close to the cable car - great position.

The total experience in Taormina was exceptional. The accommodation was first class as was the staff and location was perfect.

We prefer to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was fairly good but not excellent.

The pool area was great, the beds were really comfy and the breakfast was lovely.

The location away from the town wasn’t ideal. The cable car is very quick, but the queue early evening was sometimes quite long.

The hotel was spotless, our room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were extremely helpful, accommodating & friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, the pool was fabulous. There was a fitness room and a bar. The foyer was spacious. The location was great too.

Nothing we didn’t like

The hotel was lovely, very clean, good sized pool, great location and good breakfast. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful - when we left my daughter’s beloved soft toy they arranged to send it to us in palermo. We had a lovely three day stay and will definitely be back!

The rooms and hotel were a little dated and could do with updating, however it was clean and the family were lovely

Breakfast was fabulous - the staff were extremely attentive and put a lot of effort into a stunning buffet.We particularly liked the fruit flans/pies. Our room was always clean which let the beautiful view shine. The front of office staff were also extremely helpful giving us recommendations and helping us get medical aid when our son stepped on a sea urchin - we can't thank you all enough for a memorable and highly enjoyable stay.

That we had to leave.

Spacious room with balcony, impeccable bedding, daily cleaning of the room, good breakfast, close to the beach, 5 minutes from the cable car that takes you up to the city of Taormina and the bus station, restaurants in the immediate vicinity with delicious food and a superb view, but also small minimarkets where you can find almost everything you need. The staff was extremely kind, always with advice and answers to our questions. The air conditioning worked perfectly!
