We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IndonesiaThere are some dirty spots on carpet and the bed sheet even though very little. The bed headboard was a bit dusty too. The cupboard in the main room I think was already slightly broken. These points can be improved.
Looks like a new place, and location is great with direct access to mall. Place is big, enough for a 6-person family. They allowed for extra few hours of check out time with some hourly charges.

SingaporeIf only we could have 2 access cards as there were 4 of us. I think if we could have stayed in the unit facing the pool, that would have been perfect. In the night, i could hear motorcycles off the side road even though we are on the 28th floor. The soap dispenser in the kitchen is a bit finicky. Also, the master bedroom aircondition had a clicking noise which i gave feedback to staff upon check out as it was still ok since aircon was cold.
All communication was through whatsapp. Easy to follow directions. The gym & swimming pool was empty when we used it. So it was quite relaxing. We like the direct access via UG level to the adjacent shopping centre Paradigm Mall. Short drive away to Sutera Mall where locals frequent. Beyond that, you need a car to drive around. Security was relatively tight as we felt safe.

SingaporeThe only downside is the kitchen appliances are not so clean. There were some food stains in the microwave and on the stove, finger print stains on the kitchen door. The toilet walls were also marked with stains. But that did not make our stay unbearable.
It's yet another enjoyable stay. The rooms were well made, the internet was working fine. Great air-conditioning and spacious rooms. The honey spinal support pillow is the best pillow I've slept on. The unit was pretty sound proof, didn't hear any noise from neighbors. My family had a great rest after a day of shopping. It's so convenient to enter the mall from the residence lobby. The carpark space that was allocated this time was right in front of the lift lobby, which made life so much more convenient.

Malaysiaonly one key set given to me, until i requested for one extra key set because i have to travel to work, and my parents will stay at home. but the extra key set can't get through the parking area. the instruction where to get the key from the locker can be clearer.
the property is clean, spacious. equipped with necessary furniture and kitchen equipment. The refund process is simple as long as check out by 11am, and show proof of returning the key to the lock box.
