No parking onsite, so luggage had to be carried some way and no elevator. This was not a problem in our case as we’re fit and able but could be an issue for less able guests. A lot of noise from the street at night, but if the windows are kept closed it’s not an issue.

Location is excellent, easy walking distance to all main attractions in Krakow. Bedroom is huge with high ceilings. Host was very engaging and willing to help/assist.

There was a small issue with the room when I arrived and it was very easy to reach the owner who was very helpful and sorted the matter smoothly. The apartment is in an excellent location in the Old Town Main Market Square. Very spacious and comfortable with a good coffee machine, laundry and electric stove. When I come back to Krakow, I'll definitely stay there again instead of risking booking another place. Andrzej at the reception is very kind and helpful as well.

There’s no lift so if you have a child in a pram/buggy not ideal. The floor creaked so bad after we got the baby to bed we couldn’t really walk around. It was clean but on of the cushions had a stain no big deal as I take these off the bed anyway.

It was nice to go to a reception desk to pick up the keys. Bartek was a wonderful host and received us well. He provided a lot of good information about the local area which assisted in our visit. Location was perfect -- right off the Market Square in Old Town Krakow! Breakfast with the associated restaurant (LAS) was excellent! Limited hot water in the bathroom, but other than that, the stay was lovely!

Best location ever, best owner he helped us so much with a kind of difficulties in the beginning of our trip, finding taxi. The three restaurants downstairs for breakfast are fantastic and also the rooms are spacious and clean and renew. I loved our last day when we woke up and it was the diary snow of 2024 there and we just went down and we were in the central square of the city! We enjoyed our trip so much!

Would have liked to have an extra set of towels for a 4 night stay. Water in shower was mostly hot and difficult to regulate.

I genuinely wouldn’t change a thing.

I didn’t realise when booking that this is a family owned establishment and having spoken to the owner he explained his philosophy, which is he that he sets up the rooms as he himself would like to find them. Our apartment consisted of 2 rooms and a bathroom just off an inner courtyard and looking out to a beautiful street, though there larger apartments available. The already spacious bedroom seemed larger because of the typically high ceilings of the area, the elegantly proportioned windows and the light coloured parquet floor. The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable with crisp fresh linen, the bathroom modern and bright. The kitchen though small, is perfectly equipped with a two ring induction hob, fridge, kettle and coffee maker along with an assortment of utensils. A particularly nice touch were the coffee pods, tea bags and sugar left for us. The building itself is just off the main square in the old town and is the perfect base to explore this stunning, historical city. Apartment Roman are the epitome of an overwhelming sense of pride in every day tasks that is evident at every turn, no litter, extremely polite driving etiquette (pedestrians are fastidiously given right of way crossing the road). Krakow is well worth a visit and I would highly recommend Apartments Roman, you will not be disappointed.

The stairs going up to the appartment haha. We were on the 3rd floor so was to be expected. We didn't care that we had to walk up them.

The communication was fantastic. Keys left for us as we were checking in really late. They arranged transport for us. Was completely stress free. We had everthing we needed and location excellent! Very clean and tidy. Was literally a 2 minute walk to the square! There was not a single thing that wasn't perfect for us!

Minor issue - the heating was a tad irregular but this is mitigated with additional sources of heat (portable radiator and air con) Shower only had enough hot water for two very quick showers

-bedding was a bit dirty, but your could see that they already washed it and there were just stains, it was amazing, we even had a washing machine floor was a bot squeaky but thats normal because it was a old building with amazing high walls, outstanding! + staff was amazing, really friendly and tried to solve all our „problems“ with the wifi! we would definitely visit again if we came to krakow!!!

The hot water could run out quickly. We had quick showers though so was not a problem but others may not like this. I would not let it out you off though!
