It was perfect, I cannot think of anything we didn't like... actually, reception controlled our air conditioning rather than letting us do it. We had controls in the room but they were not activated.

I asked them to arrange a birthday cake for my partner upon arrival, which they did... a beautiful chocolate cake! They arranged for someone to meet us at the airport upon arrival. The hotel was beautifully decorated to a very high quality and was a lot more extravagant than we expected. The rooms were the cleanest we have stayed in.

Top floor of the hotel is given over to breakfast dining. The view from there is amazing. Huge choice of goodies, both hot and cold. I am not a big eater at breakfast but rarely had to ask for or go for my own Latte or Fruit juice

A small thing, I would have liked pancakes, waffles and plain cake at breakfast but there was a lot of variety, including honey on the combe, beautiful little cakes and a candyfloss machine! Hot food, salads, cereals and pastries.

The two rooms we had were beautifully decorated, clean and the kitchenette with coffee pod machine and coffee pot (with a packet of ground coffee) were great. We had a balcony with a small table and two chairs looking into a small courtyard which was lovely to sit and drink a morning coffee, and to relax in after a day of sightseeing. One room had two or three steps down to the kitchen and bathroom (with large shower). The other was flat with a bath and overhead shower. We were given a step and non slip mat as one of our party struggles with mobility, staff were as helpful as possible. Breakfasts was good with great variety and lovely setting.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was immaculately clean and beautiful, plenty of space, one of the loveliest I have stayed in. Excellent location, close to the Old Town.

We were there for 4 nights 5 days and the cleaners didn’t change our bedding once, unsure as to why as they changed the towels every day.

Very nice apartments, centrally located about 8 minute walk from the Old Town. The rooms are lovely, and the staff were great on the reception. Value for money was amazing.

The ventilation system seems a bit of strange. It’s May, not hot yet, the weather was comfortable. But the room and hallway felt stuffy without any air flowing. The staff was helpful and showed us how to turn on A/C. But the a/c would keep running and make the room cold, even though we had the temperature set on 22 celsius.

The place is super clean. The breakfast is very good. The staffs are all very nice and helpful.

Great room and breakfast. The hotel is very nice looking and though through such as two different coffee makers in the room. The breakfast is excellent, lots of options and cozy dining area. It's a short walking distance to the old Town and Train station. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was amazing, especially the coffee and the choice of foods, fresh honey, and pastries. Room was wonderful, fabulous bed and bedding. Separate lounge and kitchen was a lovely touch too. A two min walk into the Town centre. Perfect. Helpful and professional staff, nothing to much trouble.

The rooms are great with a small kitchenette. The staff stored our luggage for a few hours and sent us a message before 13.00 that our room was ready. Breakfast was amazing. The best place to stay in Krakow.

The room a little cramped. You had to move furniture to get to the wardrobe.

The breakfast was of a high standard with a lot of variety. Location excellent. Only ten minutes from the Main Square. We had a little balcony which we really liked.
