Bath/shower screen should be re-sealed as it leaks onto floor. Apartment door lock was difficult to open/lock

Think that a hand side rail would be a good investment for health & safety purposes as you have to climb up concrete stairs to a lift to get to your apartment floor just no teaspoons in the apartment

- Cleaning needs improvement - when asked for some replacement like kettle, Blanket, they could not provide saying that it’s 1st January and stores are closed. I am surprised with this response as they have charged money for stay and they must provide service of basic needs. I found the excuse as unacceptable.

Big space, all the amenities, centrally located, shops, restaurant nearby, excellent facility to store luggage in their reception. Overall, will recommend the property to stay with family.

Little uncomfortable mattresses push us into middle during sleep. The dishwasher is not available.

Close to Trindade metro, supermarkets, and the ponde de Luis Bridge. Spacious and good air conditioning. Clean bed rooms.

The elevator didn't work and it was a bit cold but the A/C had a heat mode.

Some places were dusty, such as under the bedside table and on the tabletop, but otherwise it was a nice place.

Finding the place was quite easy, the place matched the description and was at a convenient location with coffee shops, grocery and bakeries near by. Host even provided wine for free.

The check in process was longer than necessary. It would be better to have a contactless check in, we had to wait in line for 10 minutes to check in. Parking was not available and we had to walk 10 minutes with luggage and pay $20 a day at a parking garage, which was extremely inconvenient.

Kitchen is not so much well equipped and the fridge had a wrong smell. In the bathroom there is no shelf what is a bit interesting and not so comfortable for more people..

Staff was especially kind, also the driver...And photos are truthful about the flat. It was clean and light and spacy. Its really in the center, close to Trindade metro station. It is perfect for 4 or 5 people.

it was Close to the city centre and also to the bus station. You can easily walk anc reach the main atractions of the city. the apartament is big amd you can easily accommodate 6 persons.

The place was in severe need of refurbishment. The bath was like something out of World War 2. The shower screen had nothing to prevent water from flooding the bathroom floor. The floor of the apartment was dirty. The noise from the other apartments within the building went on all night,we had hardly any sleep due to the noise. If I were you, I'd look to stay elsewhere !!

It was close to the Metro station and It was a large apartment. Other than that, it was a mistake to stay here.

We rented 2 apartments. This is in regards to the apartment on the 2nd floor. Hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. Lots of mold in the shower. Water easily goes out of shower and makes the bathroom floor wet and slippery. Mattress and pillows in bedrooms are very flat providing little to no comfort or support. Towels are very thin.

Fantastic location just a short walk to the metro and down the hill into Porto old town. Comfy beds and hot shower in a spacious apartment. Fantastic communication from the company. Amazing transfer service (highly recommend!) Sergio our driver gave us so many tips and was super helpful getting us into our apartment after a very late arrival due to flight delays. Kitchen was small but had everything needed! lovely complimentary bottle of wine too! The bag drop and lounge was fantastic and really helpful to rest the legs of the kids charge up our phones before heading to the airport!
