Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room and the whole place was very clean and bright. The staff very friendly, albeit no English was spoken by anyone, except for the ubiquitous checking-in formalities. Wifi was good [on the 2nd floor] and they even had some English-language channels on the TV. Beaches were also in easy walking distance.

Girl on the reception was absolutely beautiful!! Very pleasant and smiled alot! Overall hotel is OK for a night. Easy to find though it's situated halfway between beach and old town, so not perfect for either but a decent compromise I suppose.

Fantastic location. Within walking distance to Tang Kuan Hill, Samila beach, Old Town and plenty of good restaurants. The receptionist was a warm and helpful young lady. Although her English was limited, she made the extra effort to bring in a staff who could communicate with us. She also communicated with our driver on the places we wish to visit on ko yo Island and this made our tour so much more organised. Coffee and tea were provided near the reception area. Food is not a problem as restaurants were all around.

AustraliaThe bathroom towels where like Paper-Thin Tea Towels No one told me that the heater circuit breaker will trip after 5 minutes of hot water shower usage. And i had no idea where the circuit breaker was. The Cleaners as nice as they were. where very noisy in this paper walled thin-walled hotel The reception staff where more involved with their phone friends or apps than the needs of their guests
