It wasnt perfectly clean

The staff was very kind and helpful, the building has facilities like microwave and sink and also a small fridge on the room. Air-con Good location and good sunsets Shampoo and gel, but we couldnt regulate water’s warmth. It also included hair dryer and towels

Only issue we had with our room was that the shower had a bad drainage problem. So it was incredibly difficult to have that area completely dry and could potentially start to smell a bit. This won’t actually flood the bathroom as the shower drain is lower than the floor height in the bathroom so you won’t be walking around in water. Maybe if rooms were supplied with a small squeegee that would eliminate the issue

Most people that come to this hotel only stay briefly, mostly because of its convenient location to the Pier. However, we actually stayed here for an entire week. We had a really great stay here; the rooms were comfortable, quiet, clean and had a great aircon. The staff here at this hotel were extremely friendly, one particular staff member who worked the afternoon shift was an absolute joy. We loved having our daily chat with her. The location too is also really a bit of a hidden gem. You’re quite literally across the road from possibly the best sunset on the island, the water here too is also really clean. Definitely a good option for swimming! The town too also has a really nice local feel about it too, much quieter compared to the busy super built up areas. Whilst still having access to restaurants, grocery stores, nightly markets and beautiful scenery. You’re only a maximum 30-40 minute scooter ride away from the super touristy side of the island.

We were getting a 7am ferry from Nathan Pier so we decided to stay nearby. Stay Inn was a 5 minute walk from the pier with a 24hr Seven Eleven along the way. The woman at reception was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious and the air con was very good. There is a nightmarket very nearby with great food and there are plenty of nice restaurants to eat. We even got a load of laundry done right next door for only 100 Baht. Perfect stay for what we needed.

Rooms are new, but really need some love and cleaning, especially the bathroom. It needs to be maintained to keep its new look.

Close to the ferry. The staff is amazing and very friendly. We just booked this room to get close from the ferry to Koh Tao. The room was nice and did the trick. It was very cheap, so can't really complain about anything. I would stay again

The noise of the main road is a little annoying, but you get used to it after a little bit.

The staff. They were really friendly. The location was perfect for us to stop for a night’s stay before boarding a ferry. They also have a lift to get to your room. The room was clean and had aircon and a pleasant bathroom. There are plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby.

Needs a bit of a touch up: walls have lots of marks, tiles in bathroom a bit broken and alike. Windows were not real: cannot be opened and have a too not look through paper.

Staff was super friendly. Well priced stay close to the nathon ferry pier and the nathon beach, nathon night marked. If you just look for a (comfortable) bed it's good. Yet not for a beach location, as nathon beach is only for a short dip not so much the super relax place to be.

Windows could be larger. There is some cracking/switching noise happening randomly - might be the mini bar or the next door elevator. I had difficulty breathing first day, not sure if it’s due to cleaning products or Nathon’s pollution.

The property is walking distance from the Nathon Pier, there are couple of restaurants nearby. The staff are welcoming and greet you on each occasion. Check in and check out were smooth.

Convenient as very near the pier to take ferry to Kho Tao. We enjoyed walking to the food night market. Very good value as the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The complimentary waters were appreciated.

It was very small but can’t gripe too much cos of the low cost! Would’ve liked to have been offered a double bed tho rather than 2 singles as a travelling couple but it was fine. And you couldn’t see out of the windows or open them in our room which felt a little claustrophobic given it’s on the water, maybe it was the position of the room we were in.

It was very conveniently located near the pier which is all we needed really. And the value for money you couldn’t really argue with. The shower was pretty decent with hot water and decent water pressure.
