A little difficult to find, and the advertised free shuttle meant the hotel would dispatch a taxi. There was no shuttle vehicle, and when I arrive at the airport that was confusing. Need to just make this clearer on website and in faq section

Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day for me. So the details of the breakfast table does not really matter. I decided to have lunch before I left the hotel. There was a young lady who did not know that last night's soup had not been changed to the mushroom soup container for that day. Mushroom soup is never red. The container had a red soup. I realized it was "ezo gelin" soup of the evening before. It was lucky that an efficient manager/waiter appeared and immediately solved my problem. I could tell that he is an experienced person with a smile and that he is a quick problem solver. The young man at the coffee and drinks bar is very efficient and helpful. So are all the staff at the reception.

Rooms are good and clean. Pillows are perfect. Beds are very comfortable. Staff are all very polite and helpful. There was one young lady who made me feel that she had just started to work in the hotel. She was not fully informed about the lunch table. I am sure she will improve as time passes because she has very good examples to learn from.

They offer a shuttle bus for the transfer, but it doesn’t work in the night and also on Sunday

I was hoping the hotel would have a spa, as I was experiencing some neck pain and was in need of a good massage. Unfortunately, I had to visit another hotel to receive spa treatment and massage services. I understand that it’s primarily an airport hotel, but having spa services available would be a great addition.

The hotel was exceptional, perfectly situated for an airport hotel. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and the comfort of the bed was remarkable. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast. Additionally, they provided a complimentary ride to the airport. Overall, it was truly a fantastic experience.

It was a good choice for us to stay for one night during our long layover. The hotel is just a 8-minute drive from the airport. The taxi ride cost us around 150TL.

Clean, new young design, nice decoration colors, modern comfortable furniture and room. Bath very clean quality towels. Stuff so kindly and helpful, assists at any information.location very close to airport and idastrial areas. Half houre by taxi to midtown. I recommends, I will back to same hotel next time.
