The laundry room was right next to mine, so it was pretty loud at night. It did not mess with my sleep, but important to know for light sleepers.

Good location close to the airport, comfortable bed, staff was helpful and checked me in at 1:30 am after my flight was a bit delayed.

Hard to complain for this price!

I'd say it's the perfect value for the money I paid. There are quite a few great places to eat just around, several shops, some pastery shops - all was good! And the most important is that there are bus stops just about 150m from the hotel, which makes it super easy to reach the Istambul airport with the bus H6 and from the Ist. airport I think I took the bus 5A or something like this.. each way is about 30min, but you better plan your trip in advance. A few chickens and a goat are hanging out on the backyard (not from the hotel - the neighbours' property)), which gives you a good smile when you arrive to the hotel. Smile! )))

Wifi was not working throughout my stay and they could not accept credit card payment which created inconveniences.

I got an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room, which was fantastic.

Nothing to do with the hotel, you get what you pay for, but the taxis from the airport to this town will dissuade people from using airport hotels in this town. They make up prices and will refuse to use the meter. The sooner the tourism authorities get this situation under control, the better tourism will thrive here.

For one night it was good. Came in from a cold and wet night, into a warm room. Rooms appear to be hastily put together, but everything worked and the cleaning staff had done a good job. Reception staff are knowledgeable and will give good advice. They got me a reasonably priced taxi to the airport, so, do ask.

Very helpful staff. I didn't make my connection in Istanbul and didn't want to spend 24 hrs in the airport and badly needed sleep. So I booked this hotel on a whim. They collected me within 30 mins and the hotel is a short 15 min drive away. The shower is perfect and exactly what I needed. Nice room and Recep was a lovely staff member that helped me when I checked in

The hotel is close to the airport. The room was very spacious, which is rear for this price in Istanbul. The staff was very friendly. I liked how the transportation that I ordered the day before was waiting for me early in the morning.

My stay was perfect, nothing to complain about.

Both transfer and accomodation were great. My plane was delayed but they adjusted the transfer time no problem. The transfer was comfy and fast, the driver was very kind and helped me with my heavy bags. The staff at the reception were exceptionally nice and spoke fluent English. I had my suitcases carried upstairs and I also had my room upgraded for a better one without any additional charge. Special thanks to Nadim for helping me with transfer arrangements.

My room was in 5th floor and the elevator was only available up to 4th floor, but Nadim helped me carry my heavy luggage upstairs, so I'm not really complaining it, especially since I prefer to take stairs instead of elevator anyway, unless when I have to carry my heavy luggage. The hot water runs out rather quickly.

Got upgraded to a suite room. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring US to EU plug and they lent me one, even let me keep it with me for my next trip for a reasonable price.
