I really like this hotel. This is our 2 season when we came here. Beautiful green area close to the sea. At first we were given a room next to the elevator, but we asked to change it since the child is a light sleeper and the man at the reception helped us and changed. Thanks him very much. Our room had a wonderful view of the mountains, quite large, with a shower and bath, a soft bed and a folding sofa where the child slept comfortably. The hotel staff always asked our opinion and were helpful. There are 2 swimming pools outside, one of which, the medium size, was heated. The jacuzzi in it was good. It's a little pity that the children's pool was cold. In the premises of spa was warm air. The water in the pool was not so hot, but it was quite possible to swim. The food was tasty and variety. Coffee was delicious, which is, honestly, a rarity. Large selection of sweets. Cheesecake with berries is just my love. Also tasty ice cream, especially with mango. It was very nice when the women were congratulated on Mother’s Day and there was a stand with sweets, chocolate, cakes and pastries with roses. Thanks your team for this pleasant surprise. This time was more animation and musical evenings. The only thing that upset me a little was when the team called for the show, they beat loud drums in the dining room. Not all people like loud sounds. And it’s good for couples with children that the shows end at 11 pm and you don't hear music in the rooms. In general this stay at the hotel was wonderful. The territory right outside the hotel zone is a little depressing and in decay. the contrast is very big and makes you feel uncomfortable. However, the walk towards the old tunnel is nice and gives a beautiful view. Baby center is open from 10:00 till 12:30 and from 14h30 till 17h. It would be better to keep in open from early morning since children wake up early and often they need activities as early as 8.00. Commercial and some entertainment staff were intrusive at times. This type of hotel should suggest more modest attitude from personnel. It is not a bazar.

We traveled with the family (4 adults, one baby of 1 year old). At the same time many of our friends and their families also joined, so in total we were 20 people with 4 small babies. The hotel is very convenient for families with small children and babies: a lot of various food, separate diet corner with simple food, vegan options, children canteen with blenders to make your own baby meals. A play room./kids center heated swimming pool (at least before 1st of May) very nice spa zone and covered pools, children pools too. Excellent lobby zone and services, we really felt to be taken care of. Awesome yoga studio. we followed classes every day and we would like to thank a yoga teacher who was there wednesday-thursday, very kind lady who took good care of us. Alexandra from guest relations was very kind and helpful. Neloophare (sorry if misspelled) from animation team is great, very energetic zumba and kangoojump class.

Nothing really bad worth mentioning. The stay was pleasant. The hotel is the one I would recommend to go to.

The hotel has a great location. The views of the mountains and sea were spectacular. The staff was friendly but the bartenders were, to be honest weaker, even though the alcohol brands were truly above the standard of all-inclusive hotels. The food was good, with a huge variety to choose from. Looked very good but the taste was in the range of average-good.

Constantly getting hassled to buy SPA procedures is extremely annoying. Im there to rest, not listen to sales pitches about a service like Im on a bazaar.

The spa seemed pricey for the services, and definitely wasn't a traditional hammam experience. Ladies, be aware as we weren't informed ahead of time to bring a bikini or something similar to wear under the small flimsy piece of fabric they will have you wear as they walk you past men, as there are no separate areas for men and women. While it wasn't an issues for us as we enjoyed the location near the mountains, be aware that this property is located about 45-60 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic.

This good sized property had lovely large rooms, and an amazing buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner with regular, diet, vegan, local and international food options. There were several bars and a couple of snack places. It was nice having a variety of things to visit and see around the property. The bars had better quality liquor than other all inclusive around here, and a decent cocktail menu. The view of the mountains was amazing.

It’s quite far from Alanya and where all the main stuff in Antalya is but there is still a few things to do in the area outside from in the hotel. The food was good but wasn’t fantastic. Not as much international music as we would have liked.

It was very big, there’s lots of stuff to do in the hotel for both adults and kids to enjoy. The staff (especially the guest experience team- Mustafa and Niloofar) were amazing and made us feel very welcome. The room and bathroom were restocked everyday and we didn’t run out of anything. We had an issue with the AC on the first night but it was sorted straight away which was great.

The hotel is very big and I have trouble walking, it was a long way to get to restaurant I wish I had told them when booking and requested a closer room.

The size of the hotel was great. The room was big unlike most hotel rooms. We had two single beds and a sofa bed and there was still enough room to move around. Bathroom had a shower and a bath and was also quite spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Big space outside with big swimming pools, two bars and a long walkway to the beach. Very pleasant experience overall.

The ladies on the reception when we checked in were not very friendly. Also no one gave us any overview of the hotel and what if offers. We had to discover all the details like when the Aquapark is open, etc, by ourselves. Only after 5 days we found out there were two more bathrooms closer to the beach.

Beautiful park, mountains, clean sea. Big choice at the restaurant so my little son could always find something. Stuff working in restaurants and around the park are all very nice and helpful. The stuff gave us potty and step tool for my toddler which was a nice addition. Also gym is quite good: it has bench press bench, bar rack for squats or overhead press. I wished there was a bench for back extensions and feet straps to do backward kicks on the big cross fit rack. Heated outside pool was like 28-29 degrees so indeed warm enough for swimming.
