I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Special thanks to Mustafa Kamal for his outstanding service and warm hospitality. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local attractions, their service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

It is an old building, missing some amenities (lift seems permanently out of order), narrow and low staircase, but that didn’t affect us at all.

Excellent service, smiling and always helpful stuff - first thing to note. Location is perfect - close to everything in old city, but in the area in Sultanahmet, where all good restaurants and vibrant streets are. Breakfast was very nice, rich and tasty, especially for such a small hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained, even though building is a bit worn out.

There is a construction site near the hotel, and the workers start at 08.00. So keep this in mind when considering this hotel. Also, due to high inflation+location in tourist area, watch out for the prices (better to have local currency than euro/usd). Prices are higher than Paris/Milano for food and drinks.

Location is key, right in the heart of Eminönü area, where all major landmarks are situated. Facilities are as described. Big plus to breakfast/WiFi and cleaning staff. Also many thanks to Mustafa at the reception desk (this guy will help you with everything).

Very noisy during the night, but you can't expect something different in the very busy city centre. Not a lot of storage in the room. TV was quite small and only with local channels.

Location is brilliant, few minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, very near tram stations and ferry port. Room was big enough and very comfortable with nice view on one side, but construction site on the other one. Beds and pillow were very comfortable. Bathroom was ok, enough towels and toilettries provided, you even get the slippers. There was also a small fridge with free water. By far the best were staff, the nicest people any hotel could have! Breakfast was ok, a bit basic and mostly authentic with free coffee, tea and drinks provided. Good value for money.

This hotel is in a great location - close to shops, restaurants and public transport. The breakfast was buffet style with most things such as bread, spreads, cereal, juice, olives, cheese etc staying the same but a few other dishes that would change each morning. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating - they even prepared an earlier breakfast for those of us fasting! Also the beds were comfy and the cleaning was thorough and done daily. Would highly recommend!

The owners were amazing so hospitable and kind. Everything was amazing hotel was clean, very cute, helpful, friendly, comfy beds etc. Amazing 100% would come back. The best staff and owners we felt right at home. Location is amazing close to everything. The staff went out of their way to accomdate us and make sure we were happy. And we didn't feel like we were being tricked as tourists. Our room was a king bed and 2 twin beds. So it's not tiny but not huge. It was just right for its use. It's very close to the tram to get everywhere. And easily accessible by taxi as well. We went to another hotel in the area before and didn't have an amazing experience like we did here.

Great location near the ferry, tram, and metro and yet on a fairly quiet street, at least in February. A family-run hotel, all staff members are very friendly and helpful - they aim to please at all times. Although some staff members don't speak English, there is always an English speaker available. We loved the Turkish breakfasts but noticed some guests were sticking with the western-style offerings which in our view was a mistake to miss out on the tasty Turkish food. There are not a lot of western food offerings but I bet they would make some scrambled eggs if you requested it. Nice firm bed and a nice balcony with a table and chairs. There's a small lift for 2 people for those who don't like stairs.
