We did a couple of days in Goreme and loved this property for many reasons. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the charm of this family-run property. Senol, the owner, was often available. He has incredible knowledge of the surrounding area and was quick to offer tips (ex. where to eat, what to see, fee-free ATM, etc). He helped us book a several additions on our trip, namely a hot air balloon ride and airport transfer at that last minute. He made everything so simple.. We were charmed by the antiques around the property and it seemed like each one had a special memory for him. We loved the location. Our first morning, we watched the hot air balloons take off from their terrace. The view was incredible. After seeing this, we bit the bullet and asked Senol about rides and he was able to help us quickly book for the next morning with a safe and reputable company. Breakfast was good. The options varied slightly by day. It was served in a small space with plenty of seating. We had room 105, which had a small balcony area with a couple of chairs. In the room was a mini fridge and a couple of beds. It was perfect for our needs. Great to know was that they have a water filter system, making the tap water safe to drink, . We're animal lovers and we appreciated that the property and staff seemed to look after strays in the area.

Great cave hotel situated right in the heart of Goreme. Close to main streets in Goreme with many restaurants to choose from. The highlight of the accommodation was being able to watch the hot-air balloons at sunrise on the hotel terrace. Also, we were able to see the hot-air balloons right from our room window. Breakfast was served with a view.

Everything was amazing. View from the terrace is mind blowing, spacious and cosy cave room, wifi, warm, nice air ventilation. Owner was so kind and let us to check-in earlier. We’ve created the best memories there. Air Balloons were so close!!

A unique property with a wonderful view of Goreme. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great . Enjoyed sitting on the rooftop balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Easy walk into town, although those with mobility issues might find the walk up the hill a bit challenging (although our group of seniors found it ok). Great value for money.

Amazing facilities. Rooms are incredibly built, spacious, and beautifully designed. Breakfast is incredible. Views of balloons in the morning are breathtaking. The host is very welcoming and will help arrange balloon rides, transport to airports, and recommend local food and shopping. Perfect location and all around 10/10. I would highly recommend to everyone!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to the centre of the town, yet high enough to enjoy fascinating views, the staff was very friendly, we felt welcomed and looked after. Ṣenol helped us to book the tours around Cappadocia and recommended local attractions. We could not be happier with our stay in Goreme and we feel we want to come back again one day.

No facilities to do self laundry and not allowed to hang clothes outside as it would ruin furniture. Laundry service was €25 for a medium bag but arrived still damp. Not the property's fault though as the most likely used an external laundry service but something to note as its a service the property provides.

Nothing, everything was exceptional.

The staff was incredible, helping with everythihg we needed and then some... The view from our room was probably one of the best in town...hot air balloons every morning. The bed was very comfortable too.

We loved everything at Vista Cave Hotel

Lovely hotel with beautiful views of the flying balloons from the rooftop terrace. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was nice and varied. We had a lovely room with a balcony from where we could see the balloons in the morning. Both, room and Bathroom were very spacious. Hotel is situated quite up on the hill which offers spectacular views. It is within a 5 - 7 minutes walk from the centre of Goreme. There is parking near the Hotel if you are having a car. Overall we had a lovely stay at Vista Cave Hotel, would definitely come back.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the airport shuttle rides have been a bit scary with drivers going over the speed limit, driving a bit dangerously, this was the only negative point of our trip, other than that which is a problem of the shuttle companies and not the hotel itself, everything was amazing at Vista cave!

I recently stayed at Vista Cave Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed, and their warm hospitality made me feel right at home from the start. The owner deserves a special mention—he’s not only friendly but also impressively knowledgeable about Cappadocia. He gave me excellent tips on what to see, where to go, and even helped arrange activities that made my trip unforgettable. His passion for the region shines through and adds so much to the overall experience. My room had a balcony with a breathtaking view—watching the hot air balloons float by in the early morning was truly magical. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-appointed, and the price was very reasonable for the comfort and location. There are so many to choose from but this should be your #1 pick! The hotel owner was absolutely fantastic- from arranging a wonderful balloon ride (book early before you come!) helping us with buying rugs, restaraunt ideas, helpful with every single detail. The hospitality was amazing and when we come back, we will 100% stay here! Our room had a view of the balloons in the morning, it was wonderful to sit on the patio and watch, then get back into bed. Or watch on their fantastic rooftop. We will never forget our stay!
