Marisa went far beyond her duties in helping us out. From sorting out a small mistake I had made with my check in date to helping us out with the luggage. Always with a smile ready to solve any issues and providing valuable advice. Must also mention Serafin, extremely friendly, also always greeting us with a smile, eager to help and giving great recommendations about the area. The two ladies helping serving the breakfast were great too.

The hotel and the rooms were lovely and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is like a riad, so the rooms overlooked the central courtyard with its plunge pool water feature.
