The breakfast was nice and the staff even served us breakfast after the time has passed. The room was nice and clean, everything was good. The location was near a busy street but it was not noisy.

We felt like home, clean premises, very beautiful and rich breakfast and the hosts became our friends. I cannot recommend it more. if you are looking to feel like home in another country this is the place to book.

Toto ubytování nabízí pokojovou službu, restauraci a terasu. perfect location for exploring the city on foot. just around the corner from the tombs saadi with several restaurants in the area. the riad also has its own restaurant where you can dine on the rooftop of on the ground floor. the room on the ground floor was fantastic - with a large comfortable bed, good lighting, 2 couches in the seating area and a small refrigerator. there was no desk in the room but plenty of tables outside for working. the rooftop has tables and couches and even sun loungers to relax. the shower is great, with strong water pressure and it doesn't leak and flood the bathroom!

I have no words to describe the exceptional customer service we received at this Riad. Rashid and his team are absolutely amazing in everything and every way. We felt we were staying in a five star hotel. I have not seen this level of customer service any where in all my travels.

The Riad is charming, clean, and well located — but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. They made me feel at home right away and were always ready to help with anything I needed.

The Riad was amazing!! Absolutely loved the design & interiors, felt very Balinese. The owners were both there when myself and friend stayed and really looked after us, up for a chat and gave us some good recommendations. The breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, so beautiful!! The location is also pretty good, it’s just a little outside the main Medina, however, it means it’s very peaceful and quiet!

The stay is extraordinary. Good rooms, people are very very nice. We had to go in a desert tour in the next day in the morning and they prepared the breakfast as a package to have it at 7.00 in the morning to eat it on the way. Wow :)

KOUTOBIA ROYAL se nachází v atraktivní lokalitě v centru města Marakéš. Le Jardin Secret se nachází 700 metrů daleko a Musée de Mouassine 800 metrů. could not recommend this enough!!! staff were super welcoming, helpful & accomodating!! the riad was in a perfect location, short distance walk to a lot of hotspots and away from the loud noise at night. aircon and wifi worked perfectly in the room. clean towels and linen on the daily. breakfast was yummy and fresh (they even packed us a mini early breakky when we had early check out). nice rooftop and aesthetic of the riad overall. no complaints :))))
