From the moment we contacted them, the staff went above and beyond to help us—even assisting with booking a taxi to get to the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely safe, and very welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous—perfect for relaxing—and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. What truly made the difference was the incredible staff. They made us feel at home, accommodated all our needs, and even allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost while we waited for our new tour pickup. A peaceful and charming place in the heart of Nkob, a traditional Berber Town. The hotel has a unique local feel and is very relaxing. As a couple, we were warmly welcomed by our host Mimoun with true Berber hospitality. He kindly took us on a walk to the palm grove, a lovely personal touch that made our stay even more special. We had a quiet night and enjoyed a delicious traditional breakfast. A wonderful stay we’d gladly come back again.
