This is the perfect place if you want to disconnect yourself from the city life, the room was huge and all around very quiet. The staff was very attentive. Breakfast and sauna, amazing! We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful old building,pretty rooms,beautiful little garden with seating to enjoy a welcome to the hotel drink. Such a friendly hotel.We were very well looked after. Our room had a balcony looking towards the vines on the valley side. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast overlooking a little garden was pretty. We were asked how we would like our eggs cooking.Unusually for me -I had a beautifully cooked omelette. The Manager (and her lovely German shepherd ),looked after us very well.She indicated a red wine cabinet,a white wine fridge,a sweet littke kitchen to make drinks,also to find beer in the fridge there! As it was Tuesday,she indicated the few restaurants open on that day.Following her recommendations,we had a super meal in the sunnymarket square. A gentle stroll into the picturesque town,perfect.

The location and view from the hotel is absolutely superb! I had breakfast at the hotel which was excellent, good choice and well presented. My room had a balcony looking out over the town and what a view!!!! Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much bother if asked.

It’s also truly impressive how well the hotel has recovered after the devastating floods of 2021 — everything looks fresh, welcoming, and professionally restored. All in all, a great stay with a perfect mix of comfort, character, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Ahr Valley!

It's a nice location, easy to reach via car, clean and comfortable. Also helpful staff at the Eifelstube, which is a pretty building with a great restaurant! All in all, enjoyed our stay!

A lovely hotel in the "Old Town" with large well appointed rooms and walking distance to stroll around restaurants and bars in the beautiful "Old Town". Breakfast excellent and the staff were most obliging.

Room was very clean, the receipt very friendly and also the breakfast and room was very nice. The location is very close to the center where to find nice restaurants, I will come back.
