I am short. your beds are higher . your front desk took care of this problem by lending me a step stool for my stay. this was a first for me. also, everyone was friendly and helpful. breakfast was great and you used real(not paper)plates and you hada choice of tea bags!

Really comfortable, loved the balcony we had a mountain view room and saw bears twice from the balcony. Pool was really nice, and the kids loved the slide.

The river view was beautiful. Free parking is a plus. It ws very clean and the gym was small but you can easily do a workout. The rooms were immaculate and the toiletries were premium. Really enjoyed our one night stay for our first time in Gatlinburg. The staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast was a good selection.

The hotel has free access to a trolley system provided by the city that makes transportation to, and from the Gatlinburg strip a breeze. The indoor pool was very clean and nice and the waterslide was fun. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony was very nice.
