The staff is incredible, they really do go above and beyond for you. The lake view room was amazing. The facilities were great, we loved the spa area and pools. The lakeside lounge area was gorgeous. The evening piano player was an unexpected bonus!

Location is absolutely beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served with a lot of good food and drinks. Christmas decorations are amazing. Bar is great with live music.

You can easily walk. If you prefer to take the bus its for free (Ticino Pass from the hotel) and taxi is not expensive in my opinion.
