Very luxurious. Loved our private transfer on arrival (from Zurich HB train station to the hotel). Breakfast was amazing with buffet and A-La Carte options. Our room was great, very spacious with plenty closet space and a modern bathroom. There are forest paths for running and walking around the hotel. We loved the spa - amazing facilities.

Loved how the staff compensated as the rooms were not ready for us to check in. They were friendly and the place was a vibe.
