This has probably been the best hotel boutique I have stayed in. La House and decor are magnificent, the homemade food delicious, the servicie outstanding and such a pleasant atmosphere! Congrats! Wouldn't doubt in recommend this hotel to everyone!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the reception staff could speak English well. The restaurant and lounge areas were relaxing, with the wonderful view and the food was great. Palafito Hostel Chiloé se nachází v destinaci Castro v regionu Chiloe Island a nabízí terasu. Pláž Playa Sabanilla se nachází 1,6 km daleko a Iglesia de Dalcahue 20 km. Great location in a very cute Palafito. The beds are comfortable and the hostel was very clean.

When I booked a room at the Lodge, I was planning to check-in and then spend the day at the hot springs nearby but the volcano and lake view at the location was so stunningly beautiful that I could find no reason to leave. Our room was large and lovely with an incredible lake view, the hosts hospitable, the breakfast perfect. We only had soup and drinks in the evening but I imagine that the food is fantastic as everything else. I would definitely stay again.

A cosy living room with chic Alpine-style décor can be enjoyed just 200 metres from Llanquihue Lake. Picturesque Puerto Montt is only 25 km away. Wi-Fi and private parking are free. All good. The location was perfect for me - very convenient for both the beach and the shops but also nice and quiet.

Great location right in front of the lake. We managed to get a wonderful garden view, the garden is so beautiful, it looks like it was out of a fairy tale. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, any queries we had, they were always a great help. Rooms were very nice and clean with big and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast included was delicious, supplied with a variety of fresh and locally sourced items such as traditional southern kutchen, fresh eggs and fruit. The location was great, within walking distance to local artisan shops and the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the awesome staff at Hotel Frutillar!
