Beautiful hotel by the harbor with a great tapas restaurant. It’s also a lovely spot for drinks with good music and a great vibe. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Our two-year-old had a wonderful time as well. The staff is especially kind to children. The hotel smells amazing and is beautifully decorated. We had a room with a view of the water, which was just stunning. You can also book yoga in the morning, which we unfortunately didn’t get to try, but it’s a nice option! We would love to return.

The beds were also very comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the beautiful city of Baden Baden. The highlight of our stay, however, was the breakfast. It was a truly lavish spread, with a wide variety of options that catered to all dietary requirements. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, making it a delight to the senses. From freshly baked bread to cold cuts, cheese, omelet and a selection of fruits and pastries, the breakfast was the perfect way to start our day. The hotel's host, Oliver, was exceptional in his professionalism and warm hospitality. He went out of his way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing us with valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. We were particularly impressed by his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Overall, I would highly recommend the Schwarzwaldhotel Sonne to anyone visiting Baden Baden and its surroundings. This 4-star-superior hotel in Baden-Baden offers spacious suites, rooms with free high-speed internet, underground parking and a business centre. The room is simply magnificent, spacious, good lighting, all items of very good quality (towels in the bathroom were superb). Breakfast was very good! Delicious coffee. The hotel offers to guest a private connection to the Caracalla Spa site. We simply put on a robe and sandals and walked through the garagem and pass way to the Thermal area (that is a must go). The hotel is located at a walking distance to town.
