Everything was perfect, the staff and the owners are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms are large and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at Kreis Residenz Hotel and I highly recommend this place.

In everything it is obvious the team do love their guests. Staff is outstanding, the rooms spacious, the shower in the bathroom heaven. Everything is taken care off. -Awesome room, huge, comfortable and super clean! I loved the body products, soap and body cream: beautifully scented! The bathroom was very large and practical. There was a big wardrobe, armchair and a little table, so we could place all our luggage and relax. - The baby bed for our daughter (2years and half) was carefully prepared and she loved sleeping there. - The breakfast was amazing, we especially appreciated the pancakes and smoked salmon. There is a large variety of food and the cappuccino was very well done. - Kind staff at the reception and at the breakfast room too. Also the cleaning staff was very kind and waited to make up our room as our daughter was still sleeping. -Parking lot very near to the hotel

We stayed in the Kaiser suite, and it's even better than described. It is updated very large and luxurious with many comforts of home. There is a small patio that we enjoyed a beverage on before going out to dinner. The breakfast buffet was included in our rate and is definitely worth selecting when booking. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Christine in reception. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
