The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was great and the bathroom supplies were more than enough. The room service food was quick and delicious. The staff were helpful and there was even a fresh rose in the room.

I had quite bqd altitude sickness. 2 receptionists were particularly helpful Maria Jose and Yessenni. The manager as well Manuel was very caring I felt in very safe hands. Room was very comfortable and bed too.
