Its location is perfect. The hosts are incredibly nice and made us feel at home. They work very hard balancing their small coffee shop in the hotel’s lobby, their boutique hotel (and raising their young family). Getting to know them was great. Their breakfast rooms are incredibly clean.

Hospes Palacio de Arenales dates back to the 17th century and was formally the holiday residence of a noble family. This 5-star hotel offers a wellness centre and spa. Beautiful rooms, very large pool with gorgeous landscaping. Helpful, friendly staff who were tolerant of our poor Spanish and spoke English to us without making it feel like an inconvenience. Stayed with our two kids they loved the pool and the grounds. Close to town. 10/10 recommend!

Located in a quiet and pretty residential area of Cáceres, this elegant hotel offers free Wi-Fi and chic rooms. The outdoor pool is set within gardens. our stay was the first time I was driving past having just driven up from Portugal last year and did see this hotel on my way back and thought i try it in December on my way back and what a surprise it was one of the best Hotels i have stay in the bed was very large so was the room the service excellence could not have been better

Housed in a former convent, built in the 15th century, the Parador de Plasencia hotel has kept its stunning, original architecture, including spacious hallways, archways and courtyards. Lovely place, helpful staff, great location and very comfortable.1

Our second stay here at this fabulous Castillo and it won’t be our last (hopefully!). A truly magnificent and atmospheric castle, loaded with history, but also modern day comforts like great heating, hot water and wifi. We splashed out on the Presidential Suite this time and it was definitely worth it. Great views out of the windows, very good shower and a comfortable bed. We were driving from Bilbao to Tarifa and it made the perfect half way stop over. No suppers provided but a grand old kitchen you are welcome to use to cook up your own food. Plus help yourself to breakfast in the morning. Easy, safe parking for our large van. We loved it - 10/10 Thank you

El Sosiego se nachází v destinaci Villamiel a nabízí sezónní venkovní bazén, zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. Idyllic. Everything was pretty much perfect. From the breakfasts to the dinners, the friendliness of the owners, the tranquility of the location to the views from the terrace, I can't think of a single thing that could be bettered.

Breakfast was plentiful and fresh the lady even cooking us omelette one day then egg and bacon another .The whole hotel very clean very comfortable beds and fridge that actually got drinks very cold which is a first for us in over thirty years traveling Spain wonderful.plenty of lovely places to visit .Recommend this hotel very highly so much going back for another 5 days on return journey.
