Located on a private terrace perched above a river RiverBeds - Luxury Wee Lodges with Hot Tubs is set on a golf course and private estate in the Glencoe Valley. Everybody was very nice and friendly. Check-in and -out were extremely uncomplicated.

Make yourself at home at one of Scotland’s cosiest hotels, Ballachulish Hotel. The hostess was kind and friendly, offered suggestions on places to see, the room was comfortable we loved sitting at the table and looking at the mountains from our window, the breakfast was delicious and had many choices. We had a great time and in our 9 days on Scotland this is the one place we would visit again.

Looking out over Loch Leven, Isles of Glencoe Hotel is nestled on the side of a peninsula, reaching into Loch Leven at the foot of Glencoe. Good breakfast. Good selection. The rooms with buck beds for the kids were good. The location of the hotel was good with nice views over the loch and mountains. There is 22Kw electric charging points. Big carpark. And a Co-Op supermarket close by.

With a beautiful loch-side setting and mountain views, this award-winning family-run hotel offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The hotel was very comfortable, with a big bathtub and a TV with Netflix. They offer a gin distilling workshop (not included in the room fee), where the instructor guides us through the actual distillery, teaches us how to make our own gin with a personal scent, and lets us bring it back home. It was so impressive. The dinner was awesome. Although it was a very foggy day in December, the view from the hotel was still beautiful.
