The breakfast was superb—fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. A special thank you to the hosts, Khatunah and Marlen, who were incredibly hospitable and friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even treated us to a traditional Georgian drink, chacha—a truly warm and authentic gesture. This hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, and genuine Georgian hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our hotel manager, Natalia, was an exceptional host. She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us, from recommending restaurants to planning sightseeing activities. She even offered us a complimentary two glasses of wine, which we truly appreciated. The service was outstanding, and we will definitely choose this hotel again if we visit in the future! The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it easy to navigate. There’s a small hill to climb, but we found an alternative path! Thank you Natalia!

Breakfast was definitely one of the best we had in Georgia. But the staff is the best part of staying at Kisi - especially Ninutsa and Nika. And also George. They are so lovely, friendly, sweet, helpful, attentive, service minded and they made my stay here the best in Georgia! I was twice in Tbilisi, and unfortunately my friend had already booked another hotel for us the second time when we returned. I wish we had booked Kisi again, I would love to come back to Kisi any time. I will definitely go back here if I go back to Tbilisi.
