Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is situated in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room. We had a wonderful stay at Natra Bintan! The food and room were both excellent, but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive. Special thanks to Gabriel at the bar for his friendly and welcoming vibe, and to Nazarh at the restaurant for going above and beyond to make our meals memorable. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return!

Homm Laguna Bintan is nestled along a private beach on Tanjong Said Bay overlooking South China Sea. It offers water sports facilities at its marine centre. Fantastic service. Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent facilities.

Banyan Tree Bintan nabízí luxusní vily v balijském stylu se soukromým masážním bazénem a bezplatným Wi-Fi, jen pár kroků od soukromé pláže. Most of the staff I in hotels are trained to be polite. In Banyan Tree the staff IS kind. We were welcome with smiles, attention and love we never experienced in other hotels (and we travel a lot). The manager has been very generous, moving us to a better villa since the workers were making sometimes noise building a roof. The SPA treatments were fabulous. We are still walking on clouds after loving touch of Rose and Thalia. The breakfast buffet was bountiful, food in the restaurants tasty. But really what makes this hotel special is how attentive the staff is- they were calling us by our names, remembering well our villa number, what we order last time for dinner and what tea we like to drink most. I am really impressed. I wish I was treated in every hotel like here at the Banyan Tree. What I like is also that they support local schools and protection projects for the turtles. This place is simple a great vibe. Thank you 🙏🏻
