Spread over 20 acres of landscaped gardens, this city retreat is located in central Bangalore next to Bangalore Golf Club. The Taj staff was exceptional and highlighted why even big local/foreign brands can’t compete with Taj’s hospitality. Your staff sets the brand. Pretty much every single staff member from arrival to exit made a personal effort to make our stay enjoyable and seamless. Karan, the Manager, was absolutely brilliant and worked out all the (crazy) requests we threw his way. All his efforts were much appreciated. The buggy team, housekeeping and the gardening staff too were always proactively asking if we needed any assistance, showed us around the property and told us anecdotes. We loved our experience and will definitely be keen to come back and recommend the West End to others. Thanks for everything!

Offering an outdoor pool and sun terrace, Taj Bangalore is strategically located opposite Kempegowda International Airport. The hotel has a spa centre, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant (the place that serves breakfast) were very nice and helpful. The food is great too. There are drivers to bring us to the Uber stand at the airport. The receptionists and concierge were all very helpful. I arrived past midnight at airport Terminal 2, and hotel arranged for free transport.

Best stay we had in Southern India.
