What a cosy and well appointed place to stay. The owner and staff were so kind and helpful, it’s well positioned too, not far from any of the city attractions. The rooms were so clean and more impressively quiet, which was a welcome reprieve from the noise of the city.

Situated on its own ghat, BrijRama Palace – A Heritage Hotel was built in the 18th Century and is considered as one of the oldest structures in Varanasi. Definitely the best located hotel in the entire Varanasi. The facilities were extraordinary and the outdoor terrace breakfast with views at the Ganges, it will most probably remain as a lifetime memory for ever.

We had a fantastic stay here. Greeted straight away with warm and friendly staff. The room is lovely, clean and comfortable. The garden area is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. 10 min walk from the Taj Mahal east gate. Good restaurants close by or short tuk tuk away. The owner kindly helped us when we were struggling with our uber ride to Delhi. Highly recommend this place, it has been the highest standard we have seen on our India trip.
