Všechno bylo super včetně onsenu, polohy ubytování a hlavně personálu. Bohužel v jednom pokoji svítilo světlo na klimatizaci a nešlo vypnout. Nemohl jsem se vyspat a kolem 2. ráno jsem zkusil ovladač a našel jsem, že je potřeba vyčistit filtr. Tak jsem to zapnul a klimatizace konečně zhasla. Kromě toho bylo vše v pořádku.

The hotel offered excellent service right from the moment we stepped into the lobby. We dropped our luggage because it's not time to check in yet, and when we returned from walking around the city, it had been carried to our hotel room, which was spacious and clean, including the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The room came with a large working desk, which was exactly what I needed because I still had to do some online meeting even though I was on my holiday! There's a convenience store on the ground floor, and the hotel is only across the street from Akita Museum of Art, the city theater, Kubota castle ruins and park, and shops and restaurants/cafés.
