Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. THE MOST MEMORABLE STAY IN JAPAN! I've changed 3 hostels, 2 ryokans, and this is definitely the best one!!! IT'S A HIDDEN GEM. AND I honestly hope it stays that way so I can book it on my next trip to Japan and stay here longer. YOU get access to two private onsens, one on each floor, and one public onsen on the ground floor, that I honestly even loved more than the private ones. Everything is super clean, taken care of with love and the staff is super nice, and they speak English in case you don't speak Japanese! The rooms are incredible, I loved sleeping on the futon, there was enough space in rooms for everybody to leave their luggage, and in the kitchen you could help yourself to free tea, coffee, jams, bread etc. The kitchen has everything you need, and you can even do laundry. Everything you need is there. The views from the room, and especially from the common room are incredible! They have a kotatsu, and books you can read. There's at least 5 sections in the common area in case you want privacy. Honestly the best ryokan ever. And it's affordable!!!

This was beyond expectation, the owner speaks perfect English and picked us up at the station, we were greeted by two lovely dogs in the house and enjoyed fantastic sea view from our room! Will def come back if we’re visiting Ito again!

From start to finish, everything about our stay was flawless—I genuinely can’t imagine how it could have be any better. Writing this review is my way of saying a heartfelt thank you to Isaribi and its incredible staff for an unforgettable experience. Pre-Arrival: The Warmest Welcome The hospitality at Isaribi started long before we even arrived. From the moment I booked, the staff were in touch, making sure everything was tailored to us. They reached out to confirm our arrival time, offered to pick us up from the train station, and even asked about dietary preferences. When I mentioned that my father doesn’t like raw fish, they assured me they’d prepare cooked versions of all meals for him (and boy did they deliver—more on that later). Their kindness and attention to detail instantly put me at ease and set the tone for what was to come. Arrival and Check-In As promised, a staff member greeted us at the station and drove us to the ryokan. Upon arrival, we swapped our shoes for comfortable zori sandals—and to my relief, even my dad’s size 13 feet found sandals that fit perfectly. While we waited for our room to be ready, we were treated to matcha tea and Japanese sweets in the lobby. The airy sitting area had breathtaking sea views, and there was even a coffee and espresso machine available for guests to use anytime, with both proper cups and takeout options. It felt like they had thought of everything. The Room: A Perfect Blend of Tradition and Comfort We stayed in Room 206, which is their largest room, and it was nothing short of spectacular.

Offering free WiFi access at public areas and indoor/outdoor hot spring baths, Tatsuta Ryokan is located a 5-minute walk from Yugashima Onsenguchi Bus Stop from which Shuzenji Station is a 30-minute... It’s a really relaxing and peaceful place. Traditional Japanese style room is very comfortable.

Mars Garden Wood Gotenba promises its guests relaxing spa treatments, a hot spring bath and karaoke rooms, only a 10-minute drive from Gotenba Premium Outlet. We ordered a Fuji facing room but were very disappointed to see that the room on the 6th floor’s view was blocked by a high rise building about half a kilometer away. I asked the receptionist if we could have a higher floor, and after a 10 minute search, said we could have the 10th floor room but it would cost an extra 2,000 yen ($12). Of course we agreed and the honest receptionist asked if we really wanted it, as the forecast the next day was cloud and rain, and did we really want to spend the money. We said the weather was our problem, no fault to him, and yes, we would take it. Lucky for us, the next morning we woke to a glorious view of Mt. Fuji, in a comfortable, clean room, with a high regard to the honesty and integrity of the reception personel. We enjoyed the Western breakfast as opposed the the Japanese breakfast, especially as it was served to us in a Japanese styled private room, overlooking a beautiful pond, where we saw the children feed the Koi fish on the way to school

Perfektní lokalita s výhledem na moře přímo z pokoje i z venkovního bazénu. Možnost rezervace privátního onsenu. Půjčení kol i elektrokol přímo v ubytování. Servírovaná snídaně obsahující snad všechny možné chutě. Extra vstřícný a milý personál mluvící anglicky (v Japonsku to není úplně běžné). Ač to nemají v nabídce, odvezli nás velmi brzo ráno na nádraží. Moc děkujeme za skvělý pobyt.

Hosté hotelu Hanafubuki mohou relaxovat v jedné ze 7 soukromých termálních lázní, dopřát si tradiční japonskou kuchyni a vychutnat si výhled na soukromou hotelovou zahradu. My first experience with Ryokan, and it is excellent. You could enjoy the onsen privately and the water’s quality is very good. Their Kaiseki is amazing, every dish looks like a art and tastes like a art. Staffs are very polite and their service is top notch.

Hamanoyu se nachází 15 minut chůze od nádraží Izuinatori a nabízí tradiční osobní služby "Nakai", termální koupele, masáže a karaoke. - Dinner and breakfast were really delicious. I and my family has experienced lots of hotel with half meals. This is the best. Food is fresh and well-cooked. - Staff were friendly and well trained. Great stay!
