Všechny pokoje jsou klimatizované. i loved my cozy, clean room. there is a wash down area for your feet (which can get muddy on the beach). the restaurant was great - so many choices - i could not choose but the chef/owner,juan is obviously gifted in the kitchen. it was a nice gesture to give the dinner guests a sample at the beginning of the meal. my small issues with mechanical stuff - a stuck key and ac remote that was dead- were handled immediately and with a smile (thanks chris!!)

Excellent Check-in and excellent communication with Paola via WhatsApp . Paola comes every afternoon (16h- 19h), very friendly. We got the keys from the house keeper, or they would be on our door with our name. Little nice house ( very very clean) in a garden, very quiet place. Small terrasse with table and chairs. Inside : A sofa, a small kitchen, a rather large bedroom, and a tiny bathroom. Lots of towels. Good lights, AC. An excellent pizzeria and a gelateria quite close (100m).

I really really recommend the place! It was important for us to travel by bus, not renting a car, so we can be around people, but that was a challenge in some cities. We choose the Coffee Mountain Inn because they offer tours, from the hotel. And it was a great choice. We had a super service! We did a day hike and a twilight hike with our kids (6 and 10). The owner was so kind with our kids. Very respectfully of their needs. The breakfast, served, every mornings, on the backyard terrace, was really appreciated. It was a perfect moment were you feel like someone is really taking care of you. Moreover, the view was calming. The place is own by an American and a Panamean, which can be helpful if your Spanish isn't that great.

Hotel Santa Catalina Panama is set on the beach front, 20 meters from the popular surfing spot of La Punta. This property is a 12 minute walk from Playa Estero, the sandy beach in Santa Catalina. Great location, great restaurant and pool, great staff. It is totally worthy! The rooms are spacious and clean, and it’s nice to chill in the amaca with the geckos and the iguanas. The staff is particularly friendly - ask them for tips and to book with a local tour to visit Coiba, you won’t regret it! There’s also a great selection of surfboards to get for free to try at the Playa el Estero.
