The staff are very friendly and allowed me to check in 3 hours early. They have complimentary airport transportation.

Pucallpa can be a little bit of a culture shock, but once you get used to it and relax a bit, it's pretty cool. The people are friendly and helpful. I never felt unsafe there. I got good prices shopping and never got hassled.
