I just got to know at Queen's Hotel Clark that there are a third kind of staff that will FAR exceed your expectation and go out of their way to accomodate you, as long as you're having a great time. We were a bunch of 10 college friends, who celebrated our 50th birthdays in the Pinas, and Queen's Clark was one of our hotels in the Pinas. We sat by the poolside every night drinking, dancing and eating until way past closing time of the restaurant. The restaurant staff, Chai, Lynn, Mary, Glenda and Amy, were there being the perfect hosts, and catering to all our requests. Our 50th was special because of these special ladies. Location is great too, just a 30-sec walk to the Red Street bars and clubs, and a 15-min walk to SM Clark.
