This charming, eco-friendly hotel is just inside Visby’s medieval city walls, 350 metres from Stora Torget square. It offers 2 furnished courtyards, free Wi-Fi and cosy, individually designed rooms. Beautiful boutique hotel in a unique location. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious and generous. The hotel has a pretty courtyard and access to the old church from it. It is nearby the Botanic Gardens and a short walk to the waterfront or into the centre of the town. There is some traffic noise on the tiny cobbled street but ear plugs are provided if needed. It was a really special place to stay.

As my flight to Stockholm was cancelled, I picked out this hotel out of the hotel list on Booking.com right after I confirmed with SAS customer service rep that I needed to stay overnight in Visby. To my surprise, the hotel was a jewel. The hotel is in a medieval establishment, and my wife and I enjoyed the setting including such a romantic bed. A hotel reception lady was so friendly and full of hospitality that she gave us breakfast packs of sandwiches, boiled eggs and yogurt. She also made a taxi arrangement so that we could reach Visby Airport in the early morning without a delay, I fully recommend the hotel operated by such good staff.

Kalk Hotel is boutique hotel located on Strandgatan, in a beautiful building from the 17th century, carefully renovated with a stylish interior and Gotland details. The decorations of this hotel are amazing!! Making us feel warm and relaxed. Breakfast is out of my expectation🥰Really enjoy living here, hope we can get back in summer!

This charming hotel is in Visby’s medieval town centre, 400 metres from the Destination Gotland Ferry Terminal. It features 13th-century vaulted ceilings, an on-site restaurant and free WiFi. We loved the location! Also, it was so nice to have a bar in the lobby for an evening night cap!

Housed in a former brewery in the UNESCO-listed Visby city centre on Gotland Island, this eco-friendly hotel is 150 metres from the Baltic Sea. The location was in the center city, east walking distance to places in the city. The hotel was clean with the charm of the city. The breakfast was out of this world! The variety and quality were spectacular!

Just 8 minutes’ walk from Visby Harbour and the ferry terminal, this quiet hotel offers individually decorated rooms with free WiFi access. The greenery of the Palissad Park is right next door. The breakfast was exceptional with everything you could possibly want. When you factor that in, the hotel is very good value for the price. The location, being just outside the town wall, is excellent.
