We were so impressed with the quality of food during both the evening and breakfast service. We were shocked with the quality, variety and how quickly items were refreshed. The staff working during these times also went above and beyond to ensure that our family had everything we needed and were so friendly, especially the gentleman working the bar on Sunday, March 9th. The room was comfortable and every inch of the hotel that we saw was clean and well-maintained.

This luxury boutique hotel is located in Downtown Charlotte and features a continental breakfast in the Library Lounge and free WiFi. The Mint Museum of Craft Design is 100 metres away. This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Beautiful spacious and very clean room. Very friendly staff. Food was delicious.
