The room was very comfy, as shown in the photographs. The dinner and breakfast were excellent - some of the best food we had in Japan. The private onsen was great, beautiful outlook onto the snow, water not too hot. Staff very friendly and accommodating to our very poor Japanese - google translate worked well for us all!

Kashintei Shirahama está en Senboku, a 15 km de Termas de Nyuto y a 49 km de Estación de Morioka. The room had a lovely view and a good size. The staff were kind, helpful and treated us well during our stay helping us with taxi's to a local shrine and offering us a coffee upon our return. The hotel is easy to get to by bus or taxi. The room gave us a lovely view of snowy mountains and the private room for dining gave us a nice view of the lake. I would recommend staying here and hope to go back at a later date

I went at an early hour and it was very peaceful. We were able to see sakura from the window of our room. We only stayed one day but enjoyed our stay!
