The menu and breakfast and dinner was excellent. Customer service was 5 star. The Onsen was amazing and a wonderful meditative space. All the services offered exceeded my expectations.

Dinner and breakfast were amazing both French and Japanese. We are vegetarian so chef prepared special meals for us. The best rooms are in floors 3 and 4 where you have open view of the lake. We don’t recommend taking the deluxe rooms as there are only 2, and you might end up in the second floor with partial view of the lake.

This was the best onsen experience I've ever had. Room was amazing with a sauna and onsen actually in the room. However, it was the staff and the chef that made the stay the best ever! They took into consideration an allergy my son had to certain food type and went above and beyond to accommodate. They were all wonderful.

Sapporo's Secret Onsen Sanctuary Marukoma Onsen Ryokan se encuentra en Chitose, a 37 km de Estación de Tomakomai, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Gorgeous location on the lake. Isolated from the world. Price value was good. Incredible Breakfast: make sure to try the hokkaido specialties. Staff is very nice. They don't speak much English but have endless patience speaking with phone translators. They offer a free shuttle bus to hotel guests. To get to the hotel from lake shikotsu village at 15:30 and 17:30. And to leave the hotel at 9am and 10am.

El Ikoino Yuyado Iroha se encuentra a solo 7 minutos a pie de la estación de esquí de Niseko Annupuri. Free shuttle service to and from Niseko station. The onsen is to die for.

Boasting open-air hot spring baths and ocean views, Wakamatsu Hot Spring Resort is a 15-minute drive from JR Hakodate Station. Free parking is available on site. Everything of this ryokan (quality room, great food, attentive service) has been to me perfect. In particular, I enjoy the onsen and like the history and tradition of the ryokan.
