Every detail of the stay was meticulously tended to. The food was delicious and served in a beautiful room. They made up for no onsen aith a very sophisticated bath set-up.

All the staff were incredibly kind, and since the place wasn’t too crowded, it was perfect for enjoying the onsen at a relaxed pace. Being close to the airport also saved us travel time, allowing us to make the most of our trip. The kaiseki dinner was beautifully plated and full of care, with both the presentation and flavors being exceptional. This was my first trip with my mom, and we had such a wonderful time together. I would love to visit again in the future with my dad, mom, sibling’s family, and my husband.

Excellent traditional Japanese ryokan experience, for those looking for one! It is family owned, and they are extremely friendly and nice. You get to stay in a pretty spacious traditional Japanese style room, wear kimono and sleep on the tatami while still having the comfort of a private bathroom. Breakfast is also prepared by them, and for those who enjoy Japanese food, having your breakfast traditionally prepared by a local is an amazing experience! The place is in a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy and surprisingly fast access to the center (Dotonbori) via public transportation. It was by far the best experience is Osaka for us, and one of the most authentic we had in Japan! Would definitely stay here again if we were going to Osaka!

The hospitality was next-level—a true Japanese cultural experience. The drinks were authentic, and the traditional Japanese breakfast option was a great touch. Our host was incredibly friendly and made our stay perfect. The BBQ was worth every penny.

The host was very kind and professional, showing you around the place and organising the meals if you want to (arrive before 5 to have the time to order sushi to the Ryokan if you want). The Ryokan itself was amazing to stay at; the interior, the room, the onsen (accessible 24/7), the little garden and fish pond. The breakfast was very tasty and copious. The location is great as well. I would absolutely recommend staying there, it has been very relaxing for me!

旅館竹のや 貸切サウナ風呂 "道頓堀5分"なんば10分" se nachází v centru města Ósaka a poskytuje pokoje se soukromé balkony. The service and amenities were superb. Everything was well thought of . We like that they considered every detail of their guests needs. It’s a unique experience for guests. The private onsen experience was wonderful… again everything we need was there and even more than what we need. We love everything and it made us want to come back again in Osaka and we will stay longer next time.

The staff were very friendly. The location was beautiful. It was in a remote area, but the mountain it was on top and the vegetation around made it well worth it. Also, the security when it comes to accessing the building was great. There is a shuttle service that takes you to the nearest station, which was very helpful. There was a curfew around 10 or 11 PM but you can inform the people at the reception if you’re gonna be later than that and they can keep the doors open until you come and then they can close it. Overall, the state was exceptional, and we enjoyed every minute.
