The facility is very well updated, modern and clean. The bath was very nice too. There were a few hot tubs; some outside, and very nice. The staff were so kind and accommodating, and truly tried to go above and beyond for their guests. Every time we came back to the hotel we were greeted with an enthusiastic welcome back and ushered into the warmth and comfort of the reception area. Breakfast was exceptional and beautifully presented. The hotel also arranged for our luggage to be sent to our next destination which was extremely helpful as it meant we didn’t have to worry about storage lockers during our visit to nearby Shirakawa-go. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we’d be beyond delighted to come back.

Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, especially Marta.

Is like the Onsen amusement park! The place is incredible! So many services!! Everything is just amazing; the town, the hotel, the room, the baths… they even allow you to check the bath of another hotel, in case you did not have enough! I have been in many Ryokan and this was TOP!

Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, quality toiletries, fantastic sauna, onsen, pool, phone chargers in every room etc. Relaxing place with Japanese flair. Fridge was prepared with soft drinks and beer.

Syukaen Yunohanazen se 4 hvězdičkami se nachází v destinaci Atami. Zhruba 1,2 km od ubytování se nachází Pláž Atami Sun Beach, 27 km daleko je Hakone-Yumoto Station a 29 km Chrám Shuzenji. The dinner and breakfast were wonderful.

The loveliest woman took care of everything and everything was amazing. The food as well was exceptional! I loved the location, right next to the bus stop, but you have to love a quiet place.

The hotel is very beautiful and the japanese room is amazing. Very clean and comfortable, with attention to every detail. Drinks are provided for free and you have a kettle in your room. What really made our stay exceptional is the staff. They are very welcoming and kind. They make you feel like home and help you have a traditional japanese experience. This place holds a place in our hearts because of how the staff treated us. They offered us fresh made tea when we arrived with snacks and explained to us the japanese breakfast. Seriously very attentive and generous. I highly recommend staying here. We stayed for one night but I think two nights is better to enjoy the hotel and beautiful Takayama.
