Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Amazing wiew, delicious dinner and really comfortable and wonderful staff. Massage and private Onsen were amazing with stunning wiew of Fuji. Lake is opposite of the hotel, also they have a free château transfer to the bus and train station. It was really comfortable. Hope will come back next year.

Amazing view from the hotel and staff we very nice and helpful. Masks at the hotel were delicious and everything was clean and organized. The hotel also provided transportation to and from the train station. Location was convenient and right at a bus stop.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. The stay was special from start to finish. The staff were so warm & welcoming. We stayed in the Executive Suite with open air bath & it was stunning, also with a private garden. We had the Kaiseki meal in a private dining room & it was simply amazing, so much preparation, care & attention, truly beautiful presentation of food & very tasty. Although Mount Fuji was in cloud, it did not spoil our experience, it was worth it for our visit to Fuji Onsenji Yumedono alone.

Breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, right by the lake with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the variety each morning. A special thanks to the owner and the staff for their incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond, offering to drop us at the station and even pick us up if needed—especially helpful with a toddler. Their kindness made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. We’re really grateful and can’t wait to come back!

Most excellent service I've ever received. The host was extremely kind and talented at quickly anticipating our needs and offering help. I can't emphasize just how amazing the service was. The shuttle to and from the bus station was so convenient. Great location and the view we had of Mt Fuji from our room was gorgeous! The traditional room was clean and beautiful. Wearing yukata and going to the onsen was an amazing experience as well. Do yourself a favor and add on the breakfast when you arrive! It was so delicious.
