The sight was great. The room was huge and comfortable. Walking in the hotel and having breakfast wearing the provided yukata was a soothing experience. The staff was helpful and available.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Excellent place to stay and relax. Each of the rooms have an outdoor onsen bath, and an indoor wet room with a bathtub and shower. The futons are placed on tatami mats. You are provided pajamas to sleep and Yukata to walk around the Ryokan and the area if you want to. The dinner and breakfast are Kaiseki style.

We had an exceptional stay at Konohanakan! The staff are brilliant and very attentive; we felt very well taken care of during our entire stay. The language barrier is no issue as we were able to communicate easily using Google translate when needed. The entire apartment is sparkling clean and beautifully presented with great amenities. The view of Mt. Fuji is breathtaking and the private onsen was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We visited Oshino Hakkai (the "Eight Seas of Oshino") in the local area which is well worth a visit. It is only about a 20 minute walk from the ryokan. We had dinner and breakfast included in our stay which was a huge highlight for us! The food was delicious and wonderfully presented. Everything about our stay was impressive, and we can't wait to come back.

We loved this place! Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Google translator helped us to communicate. It's a hotel with traditional Japanese rooms with futons and shared bathrooms. I would recommend booking with breakfast and dinner! The food they prepared was delicious. To hotel is just a short walk away from the lake with the most beautiful view onto Mt Fuji. The hotel had plenty of parking and the whole building was spotless. We loved our stay there and would absolutely come back

The view was amazing and the owner greeted us personally and took a photo in front of the lake before offering us a welcome drink. The onsen was amazing and tattoo-friendly. The rooms were lovely with the tatami floor and nice shower.

Wonderful temple turned lodge. Beautiful and calming atmosphere with very kind hosts who are doing a great effort to accommodate for English speakers. In the evening there was a matsuri dance too, very skilled and interactive. We highly recommend the dinner and breakfast, it has some of the most tasty variants of soy beans I’ve ever eaten - especially the Yuba and Natto.

Kawaguchiko Lakeside Hotel se nachází ve městě Fujikawaguchiko, jen minutu chůze od jezera Kawaguchiko a nedaleko mostu Kawaguchiko Ohashi. Ve všech prostorách je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. The breakfast is Japanese style and is very good. The owner is very kind and helpful. We were late for retrieving our stored luggage at the hotel, the owner offered us a ride to catch our express bus to Tokyo. We are so grateful for his help, because we will miss the bus without his help. Lastly, our room has excellent view of Mt. Fuji, and the hot spring bath is very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well maintained.

The hospitality was outstanding, which more than made up for the bad weather (and hence the cloudy view) during my stay. I was picked up and dropped off at the bus station, which was very convenient! My room was beautiful and comfortable with plenty of space for a solo traveler. The onsen was lovely as well, well-equipped and clean. Breakfast was amazing and served right away upon arrival. Regarding the location, there are plenty of convenience stores within 10 minutes of walk away. Also close by are two museums that close around 5 PM, so I would recommend arriving early to the town.
